Great for camping and backpacking!

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

It is a great comparable campsite lantern or a nice flashlight for those late night bathroom trips. It is especially good for backpacking as it is very light weight and compact able. It has good brightness levels for all your needs. It can be a nice soft nitelight or it has the power to light up a whole campsite. It has the power to last 5 days it claims although I haven't had the chance to put it to the test yet. I am very pleased with what I have seen in it and plan to take it to the grand canyon this fall for a 7day backpacking trip. I should get to test it on some trails closer to home over the summer.
