Unfortunately, I dont like these ear pieces at all!! The battery life is not long at all, they disconnect from my phone only after a couple of minutes idle, my party can never understand anything I say. Just not a great pair of headphones...

Fit is very good in ears, but touch controls are poorly thought out. I cannot raise the volume without pausing the music. Maybe I’m missing something, but as per the directions, volume control is next to pause/power control. I’m a fan of JBL, but I’d look elsewhere and pass on these headphones.

They work
Kparsons · 6 months ago
Pros: Sound quality is not bad & they truly do secure to your ears Cons: Outer coating of wire is broke on both sides right at the ear bud & showing wiring!! That wire sticks to you or clothing & will stop a head turn mid turn! Not as loud as others i've owned And the touch control part is what sold me at Ist but trying to adjust volume is far from simple! I usually skip tracks forward & backward trying to adjust volume! If I wear a Toboggan or hood it will touch the controls & pause it or skip tracks!!! Volume control should have been by itself on left earpiece instead!!!

Volume control rarely works, sound not full, etc
GNUT · 7 months ago
I've been using these 5-6 days a week for the last 3 weeks. I'm not impressed. I've owned JBL car audio over the years with pleasing results. This is the 3rd set of headphones we've owned, these, and to pair of over the ear headphones (2 different models) that my teenage boys have owned. Disappointed in all of them. With these my biggest issue is the volume control. Why couldn't JBL just have the touch volume control on the other headphone? It rarely works. When I try to adjust the volume most of the time the music skips to the next track or sometimes it will pause the music. If I'm lucky the volume with adjust. Also, I'm not impressed with the sound quality. All treble. I do not get anywhere near the range of sound I was getting out of my previous pair of headphones that were of similar design (Tommy Hilfiger branded). Lastly, I wear these when I exercise. The cord on the back constantly grabs, drags, sticks to my neck. Very annoying. If I could return these I would.

Waste of money
Grbadboy · 8 months ago
I ordered this thinking that it would be a great choice for listening to music and hands free talking on my cellphone. It will not take a charge so basically it's useless to me. Save your time and money and choose something better.

Not a fan of auto shut off, VERY ANNOYING!! Connectivity issues when battery gets below 90% no app to adjust the device but there is for the majority of the other jbl products. LOVE LOVE my other jbl products but this one is not a good build at all. Cord is too short, falls off the neck as no cord support/clip is there. Back to the drawing board please

Report as inappropriateTurns off automatically, poor sound @ mid/bass
MattInq · 9 months ago
Purchased for use as both a running headphone and for occasional use with voice function. When running, the lack of sound quality mid-range and bass makes the music sound washed-out and reminds me of a laptop speaker or base-model car speakers (think 90's era american-made sedans). When not listening to music or taking a call, there are two issues: poor background noise filtering and the power-off feature. Initially, every 5 minutes on a normal volume call with fairly constant speaking, the headphones would turn off. Now they just turn off after 5 minutes even if I have music playing. Did anybody ever bother to write a test specification before the design of the UI and microphone internal to the headphones were approved and started manufacture? If so, they should probably do something else. If not, the product manager may benefit from familiarizing themselves with the basics of consumer electronics and engineering.

Difficult to turn on. Turns off when it wants. I want the ear phones on until I turn it off, since I am in a noisy environment.

Report as inappropriateNo bass or JBL App that helps* Buyer Beware
Bigdaddy G · 10 months ago
I bought these yesterday and they have no way to add bass to your music. JBL does NOT have an APP that supports this model of headphones. It's really sad too. The price was right but I cannot recommend these because of them not having an adjustment or APP to add BASS to them. Sorry JBL

Is it possible to cut out the background noise and wind noise wile cycling?
Customer Support - 8 months
Our JBL Endurance Sprint headphone doesn't feature Active Noise Cancelling which allows you to reduce unwanted background noise.

Just bought these. Brand new. Will not power on nor charge. So disappointed. Are there known issues or fixes? Otherwise will have to return to buy another brand.

Thank you for reaching out. If you have other charging cables, give them a try. (Be sure that the cable has the same type of connector as the original one that came with your product.) Same for the charger- if your product charges by USB, try a different USB charger. Be sure that it is rated at least 2.0a (2 amps) output. Try other electrical outlets at your location to be certain it is not a local wiring issue. Charge the product overnight for at least 8 hours. Check to see if there is dirt/dust on the charging port of the headphone. Check to see if there is damage/ bent pin/s on the charging port of the headset. Sometimes wiggling the charging connection restores charging power. If the issue persists, contact JBL Customer Service for technical support and assistance. https://bit.ly/3qv27jo

I have an odd problem: the right headphone has extremely low volume when the rubber tip is on! Even with the highest volume, i can barely hear anything from the right side! When i remove it, it is much better. Any suggestion on how can i fix this?
Leon at Customer Service - 11 months
We're sorry to hear about what happened. Please try using a different ear tip if this can help fix the problem. Check if there is dirt or debris in the right earphone which prevents it from playing louder. If the problem persists, please contact us, so we can assist you in checking your options: https://support.jbl.com/us/en/#contact

Endurance SPRINT: My child ate one of the rubber tips and it never came out the other end. I suppose it's a part of her normal flora now. Also I can't find the extra ear tips it came with. Does anyone know how to find more of those little things?!

I have this earphones. However I can use them for anything else then for listening music. Calls, online meetings, instructutions from the google maps and they turn off after a while (10 min). What is the problem?
Ray at Customer Support - 1 year
Our JBL Endurance Sprint goes on Standby Mode after 10 minutes of inactivity. However, if your unit powers off completely while you're listening to music or in the middle of a meeting then that's not normal. If the latter is the case then you'll need to contact our customer support so we can do troubleshooting and/or check on your options. https://bit.ly/2WocMfi

How do I factory reset my JBL Endurance Sprint earphones? They are not the newest model but I am struggling with them constantly disconnecting or not even connecting to my devices. I assume a factory reset should help with this but I am unsure how.
Chastine - 1 year
Here's how to reset your JBL Endurance Sprint. Please press and hold the touchpad on the right ear loop for more than 15 seconds while the headphones are charging. Once the reset is done, try pairing again with your devices. Note that you must remove or forget JBL Endurance Sprint before initiating pairing again.
