Please check the audio settings on your device to confirm that the 'JBL Flip 5' is selected as the default output audio device. Sometimes a simple restart can fix connectivity issues. Restart both your phone and the JBL Flip 5, then turn them back on and try connecting again. Try to forget/unpair the speaker in your device's Bluetooth settings then pair them again. Lastly, initiate a reset. To reset your speaker, press and hold "Volume +" and "Play" for more than 3 seconds. Reset will wipe all previous settings and pairings, so it will be necessary to pair your unit with your devices again. Thank you for your question. The JBL Flip 5 does not include a built-in radio mode. However, you have the option to install an internet radio application on your source device (such as a smartphone or tablet) and connect that device to the Flip 5 via Bluetooth. This way, you can stream radio stations or other audio content from the internet through your source device and enjoy it through the JBL Flip 5 speaker.

Thanks for your question. Our JBL Flip 5 can only play music via Bluetooth connection as it doesn't have a built-in 3.5 mm AUX port.

Our JBL Flip 5 has an IPX7 rating. This feature means that the unit is waterproof and dustproof. It can withstand being submerged in water for a depth of 1 meter for up to 30 minutes. Please make sure that the speaker is dry or free from moisture before charging.
