I bought this less than a month ago and it has many defects. I’ve tried watching videos on how to fix it but it isn’t working. I’m plugging it in the charger however it doesn’t charge. I was wondering what can I do to get my moneys worth?

We're here to help with your JBL Flip 5. Please try using a different cable or try charging it into a different power outlet. Examine the charging port for debris or bent pins. Try charging the speaker overnight. Move the charger around the charging port to see if that helps. If the issue remains, please contact our customer support for assistance.

I bought a flip 5 for my girlfriend and had made it personalized with a pic of us and a phrase on it and all the letters to the phrase was ran together it was awful
