connecting this speaker to your phone is a nightmare. it will not simply connect via bluetooth. you have to download their app and give them access to your wifi network. terrible experience.

Nice balance sound. Love the base charger. Had problem with Google Home recognizing unit. For Android and Google home users. Not for Apple users, which in turn gave this bad ratings. Fun fact, I used to work for Bose.
