Thanks for your inquiry. Our JBL Vibe 100 TWS earbuds have up to 5 hours of maximum playing time. This may vary depending on volume and music content. If the speaker doesn't meet the advertised playtime hours even at low to mid-volume levels, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If your charging case is not charging, confirm the electrical outlet is working the power strip (if used) is turned on and connections at both ends are fully inserted and secure. Also, you may try to try a different USB cable, try a different USB charger, rated at least 2 amps, try disconnecting the cable from your product and re-inserting it. Also, sand or dirt can get into the product’s charging port, check the port. Clean if needed with compressed air. When I try to pair the headphones to my phone it shows up as 2 devices with the same name
Thanks for your inquiry. If you are having trouble pairing your earbuds, please make sure you are connecting to the headphone's product name that excludes 'LE' (Ex. JBLVibe100TWS). The 'LE' connection is only intended for the voice assistant feature compatible with your headphones. If the voice assistant feature has not yet been configured, the 'LE' connection appears as an available connection but cannot be used for Bluetooth audio.

My microphone is faint to the listener
We're here to help with your JBL Vibe 100TWS. Please try connecting the earbuds with a different device to isolate the issue. You may also try to perform a factory reset by tapping the touch control in the Left or Right buds twice then hold it for 5 secs. Resetting the earbuds will need you to forget the name of the unit on your source device. What is done to them to "refurbish"
Refurbished products in our "Outlet" menu are products that have been returned to us by our dealers, retailers, or customers within the 30-day return period. These products have been thoroughly checked and tested to meet the high standards that are set by HARMAN. A refurbished product contains the same features and functionalities as a new model. You may see some minor cosmetic imperfections, and perhaps the product has been repackaged in non-branded packaging, but you can be assured that these products will perform perfectly.

Can I listen to one while the other is charging? I have the free x and I can’t listen to the left while the right is charging.
Our JBL Vibe 100TWS has a Mono mode feature which lets you use either one of your earbuds while the other one is in the charging case.

Are these noise cancelling ear buds
Our JBL Vibe 100 TWS does not have a noise-canceling feature. For earbuds with the noise canceling feature, we recommend these instead: JBL Reflect Mini NC, JBL Live Pro+ TWS, and JBL Live Free NC+ TWS.

Where can I find the product variation SKU identifier and serial # so I can register my product?
The serial number of your JBL Vibe 100TWS can be found in the unit itself or on the box that came with your unit along with the SKU. It is normally written on a white sticker label in this format "AA0000-AA00000. Is the charge case compatable with a charger pad or only with the charge cord?
The charging case of our JBL Vibe 100TWS can only be charged using the included Type-C USB cable. It doesn't support wireless charging.
