We're here to help. Please try connecting your JBL Vibe 100TWS to other source devices and try doing a reset. To do this, tap the touch control in the Left or Right buds twice then hold it for 5 secs. Resetting the earbuds will require you to forget the name of the unit on your source device. Can I track my jbl vibe100tws
Our JBL Vibe 100TWS doesn't have a tracking feature. It isn't supported by the JBL Headphones App to track or locate a missing earbud using the "Find My Buds" feature.

When using just one earbud do I have to have the case with me?
Thanks for your inquiry. Our JBL Vibe 100TWS has the Dual Connect feature which lets you use either side of the earbud in mono mode while the other is in the charging case. Once the earbuds are connected to the source device, there is no need to bring the charging case.

Can me and my partner share the same charging case? He lost his case and only have the earbuds left. Or can this impact/destroy the connection somehow?
Thanks for your question. Yes, you can share the same charging case as long as you have the same model of earbuds. It won't affect or damage their connection since both models have a similar contact pins design.

When I try to pair the headphones to my phone it shows up as 2 devices with the same name
Thanks for your inquiry. If you are having trouble pairing your earbuds, please make sure you are connecting to the headphone's product name that excludes 'LE' (Ex. JBLVibe100TWS). The 'LE' connection is only intended for the voice assistant feature compatible with your headphones. If the voice assistant feature has not yet been configured, the 'LE' connection appears as an available connection but cannot be used for Bluetooth audio.

What is done to them to "refurbish"

Can I listen to one while the other is charging? I have the free x and I can’t listen to the left while the right is charging.
Our JBL Vibe 100TWS has a Mono mode feature which lets you use either one of your earbuds while the other one is in the charging case.

Are these noise cancelling ear buds
Our JBL Vibe 100 TWS does not have a noise-canceling feature. For earbuds with the noise canceling feature, we recommend these instead: JBL Reflect Mini NC, JBL Live Pro+ TWS, and JBL Live Free NC+ TWS.
