If it's still the same, kindly uninstall the Wemo App, reset the plug, and try using a different phone in accessing the Wemo App. Additionally, you’ll be asked to contact our phone support if further troubleshooting is needed. Hi, This should not be the case if the Wemo WiFi Smart Plug was properly configured, is running the latest firmware, and has a stable WiFi connection. It is recommended to reboot the plug (plug in/out) and relocate it within the same room as the router.
