Does not charge without having the proper receiver to attach to. I had to buy an attachment just for charging, and it does not work.

When I purchase this in the store I was told that i have everything I need in the Box to charge the phone. I was on the road traveling for work and when i got to hotel and pulled charger out it did not have a plug in the wall adaptor to charge phone. I had to then go to Walmart to purches adaptor to charge phone. When at walmart i realized i could of purchased charger at half price then i paid at verizon including the adaptor.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Failed after 3 months. The cable broke near the connection at the pad. Wish it would've failed within 1 month, then at least I could get my money back.

Once you finally locate the exact spot it needs to be in…the slightest bum or jar to the table and it stops charging…wake up to a dead phone…4 times this happened before I threw it in the JUNK drawer….only reason a one star is there’s not a half star

The charging connector does not fit into any of the current chargers out there. You have to buy a new connector which does not come with it.
