I have always had iPhones since they started making them. I’ve never had any problems with any of my iPhones except for this one. This phone is so terrible. It’s just junk. I even contacted Verizon to ask if maybe there been some sort of recall on this phone model, because it just is terrible. Everything about it is ridiculously terrible.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I know every like their bigger phones. But I’m glad I downsized to the 12 mini. It runs smooth, and losing the home button was actually more intuitive than I expected. I watch most media on my tv or iPad now, so a smaller screen didn’t really have a downside. Plus it fits in my pocket better. The wireless charging is a nice option with the magnet too.

I’ve spent over ten hours trying to set up this phone. It now has a little more functionality than a flip phone. It won’t recognize any of my Bluetooth devices it took several hours to connect to my Apple Watch but it won’t let me reload any of my apps on the watch. I’ve never had any problems with apple devices until today but I spent my entire day off on this thing including time online with Verizon support (helpful) and at the Apple Genius Bar (4 1/2 hours. Extremely polite. Not helpful.) There goes my day off. I’ve run out of time and I never managed to do my laundry.

My battery started dying fast at less than a year old - after troubleshooting myself, and with Verizon I was sent a “new” one (refurbished). I’ve had it less than a week, and it can’t make it through the day with a charge.

The phone cannot make it through the day with normal usage. I have to charge it mid day or it will die on me before the day is over. I don’t stream on the phone. Just regular texting, app usage, web browsing. I cannot recommend. Love the size- that’s about it.
