This phone was at the end of a long line of miscommunications. I didn't want it but it was what was there. Continuous glitches, and the battery is garbage. I have a lot of issues with the screen too. Difficult to get it to open apps and the upper right corner is very finicky and precise. Do not recommend.

Splash, water, and dust resistance are not permanent conditions. Resistance might decrease as a result of normal wear. Do not attempt to charge a wet iPhone; refer to the user guide for cleaning and drying instructions. Liquid damage not covered under warranty.
FaceTime: FaceTime calling requires a FaceTime-enabled device for the caller and recipient and a Wi-Fi connection. Availability over a cellular network depends on carrier policies; data charges may apply.
Emergency SOS via Satellite: Available in November 2022. Service is included for free for two years with the activation of any iPhone 14 model. Finally upgraded from an 8+ to the 14 Pro. Camera is so much better. Happy with it so far (10 days) and the learning curve for a newer phone wasn't as steep as I had feared. Verizon staff (Eterica) was super helpful.

I have had iPhones for years and never had nor needed insurance because they NEVER cracked. The pertruding camera lenses coupled with the glass back cause the back to crack if dropped even with a good case. I miss my 11 so much!! Also the battery life is weak.

The flashlight always goes off,battery sucks plus Samsung S phone has pause on video and way better pictures with flash automatically vs this I 14 Pro phone. I think it’s a joke for 1000 bucks.

I’ve had the iPhone 14 Pro for nearly a year and have been thoroughly disappointed the entire time. The only reason I have not done anything about it is the incredibly difficult hoops you have to jump through with Verizon. I’ll copy part of another user’s review and say: “It forgets the brightness setting. It forgets to ring when I have calls or notify me of texts. The screen is hard to awaken. I have a LEMON, for sure. A terribly expensive LEMON.” I’m not new to iPhones so I know my way around. I’m constantly missing texts and calls, and besides all the above, sometimes the screen randomly goes black. A dud, for sure.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I had the 14 plus but wasn’t impressed with the camera at all. Since I changed to the 14 pro I am so much happier. The camera is so much better. Pictures are clearer and now when I zoom in it is so much more detailed.

What is the size difference in the 14plus and the 14 pro?

If you go to the smartphone section, under the devices you’ll see a box for ‘Compare.’ Select devices you wish to compare, which then are added to a ‘Compare smartphone’ section on your screen.
