  • Locate Me - FiOS Digital Voice 
    You can use Locate Me to pre-configure telephone numbers to forward incoming calls to in the event you do not answer your FiOS® Digital Voice phone line.

    When activated, the system automatically tries to reach you at the first number on the list. If the system is unable to locate you at any of the pre-configured numbers, the call is transferred to Voice Mail (if you have selected to have Voice Mail on your FiOS Digital Voice phone line).
    To Set Up Locate Me
    1. Open the Account Manager.

    2. Click Calling Features on the left side of the page.

    3. Click Locate Me.

    4. Enter up to three telephone numbers you would like to ring sequentially and choose the number of times each line should ring before moving to the next number on the list.

    5. Click Activate Locate Me to complete the set up.
