To return Verizon Home Internet equipment:
- You must contact us to start the return process.
- We'll let you know which UPS stores are near your address so you can drop off your return. Or you can use the UPS find a store tool.
- The UPS Store scans the equipment's serial numbers, packages and ships the returned equipment.
- Be sure to keep the return receipt for your records.
We'll send you an email confirmation of your return. If there is an issue with your return, contact us.
Important:
- If you return the Verizon-owned equipment but don't cancel your home internet service, you'll still be charged for the service.
- Learn how to cancel your 5G Home service or cancel your LTE Home service.
- Verizon stores don't accept Verizon Home Internet equipment returns for lines already canceled.
