I can't review the phone because I didn't receive the phone.It was lost and when I called to try and get it replaced the agent instead tried to sell me a new Google phone. When I asked why I had to buy a new phone she abruptly stopped responding to the chat. I need to get a refund.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S 24+. I bought it certified pre-owned in excellent condition. The phone arrived as advertised, looks brand new and works great. Verizon helped set it and it was running in no time. The camera works great with a nice zoom. I'm very happy with the purchase and got a good deal.

Got a Cerified pre-owned Samsung Galaxy S24+ at a fraction of the cost of a new one and it looks and functions just like a brand new phone. Very happy with my choice! And cases were cheaper because the phone is a couple years old.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

My only complaint is that you have to use wireless headphones or connect wirelessly. All phones seem to be switching to wireless but I dont see why they couldn't leave it as an option. $$ anyways phone works well though.

What works for what I need it for. Excellent for minimum exposure, while adequate for practical work. Exceptional as navigation to discipline. Rarely is anything close demonstrated. Very much so underrated at this point. Sincerely put.

I use to be a hard core apple fan but I decided to give android a try and I don't plan on going back to apple.the galaxy s24 plus is a great phone but verizon service needs work if I'm home and I turn my wifi off on my phone nothing would load because of the bad service

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

My early review of the Galaxy S24+ is very good phone. I went from an S9 with an Android system that was somewhat dated. Was able to install and run an app that could not run on S9 very easily. The setup and transfer from the S9 was good. My only issue was with Verizon and a hiccup sending a code to proceed with the inital load. There were about 7 or 8 security updates before all was done. I like the side wakeup and volume controls. I am curious to see how loading an app built in Android Studio with Kotlin and Jet Compose will go.

¹ Unlimited cracked screen and back glass repairs - Back glass repair not available to Multi-Device customers. Cracked screen and back glass repair each available for select smartphones. Available in select locations and subject to parts, technician availability and other criteria, which are subject to change at any time. Repairs are performed by an Asurion-certified technician and come with a 12-month limited warranty. Repair options may include in-store repair, mail-in repair or at-home repair. This benefit is provided by Wireless Phone Protection.

² $99 damage deductible per claim - The $99 damage deductible will apply for all damage that is ineligible for cracked screen and back glass repair. The $99 damage deductible will not apply if your loss and theft deductible is under $99. In such cases, the damage deductible will be the same as your loss and theft deductible. This benefit is provided by Wireless Phone Protection.

³ Same day delivery and setup - All same-day device delivery and setup services (a benefit of Tech Coach or Business Tech Coach Security) are available in select locations, which are subject to change at any time, and are contingent on certain criteria, including customer location, technician availability and inventory availability.
