I really wanted to put my full support behind this phone

I've had this phone for less than a year, and I absolutely loved it. I quite literally said last week that I thought I found the line of phones I would continue with. This week, I started having screen issues. I take very good care of my devices, but the screen on this phone is beginning to separate right above the fold, and I did my research to see that even with a discounted rate for screen replacement through Samsung (which clues me in to the fact that this is a known issue), it will be 200 dollars to replace the screen. In a phone that is designed to last 5 years worth of folding, for it to have lasted less than one is extremely disappointing. I should not have to pay for an extended warranty or device protection for a phone that is designed to last 5 years under normal use. I will plan to return to the non-folding Galaxy line of phones for the next one.

Poor screen performance

This phone has a problem with the screen staying attached at the fold point. First a small part comes up on the side then it progresses all the way across the screen. Then it will stop showing anything on both sides of the crease. This is the second time that this has happened. I paid the insurance deductible the first time but now they're trying to get me to pay another deductible which is 100 dollars. So that is a 200 dollar price increase. So beware of any phone with a folding screen.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I decided to make the switch from my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra to the Z Flip6 when I moved from AT&T to Verizon. I was wanting to get away from a larger phone and the idea of a flip phone had been appealing to me recently. After having this device for a couple of weeks, I can say I'm happy I made the change. There are certainly things I miss about my old device (the camera quality was slightly better), and there are some things I still struggle with about the Flip6, but overall I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a change.

My phone got sent back to Samsung for a warranty repair which they have denied saying the phone shows moisture damage. The only moisture this phone ever sees is when its in my pocket when walking or running in the humidity of Georgia. Would steer well clear of this phone, it is not suitable for daily use. This will be the last Samsung product I ever purchase as I now have to spend over $350 to get it repair even though it is less than 6 months old. Don't walk away from this product, run away from it.

This is the most expensive & worst phone I've ever purchased.

The battery life is just ridiculous it does not last all day even if I'm not on it. It most definitely is not worth $100 let-alone $800. I'm just thankful it is free when my 2 years is up in August. I've had to do 4 insurance claims on the phone at $200 each claim. Therefor I've already paid it off in insurance claims. I will be getting the credit or money back for this ****** phone soon enough.

¹ Unlimited cracked screen and back glass repairs - Back glass repair not available to Multi-Device customers. Cracked screen and back glass repair each available for select smartphones. Available in select locations and subject to parts, technician availability and other criteria, which are subject to change at any time. Repairs are performed by an Asurion-certified technician and come with a 12-month limited warranty. Repair options may include in-store repair, mail-in repair or at-home repair. This benefit is provided by Wireless Phone Protection.

² $99 damage deductible per claim - The $99 damage deductible will apply for all damage that is ineligible for cracked screen and back glass repair. The $99 damage deductible will not apply if your loss and theft deductible is under $99. In such cases, the damage deductible will be the same as your loss and theft deductible. This benefit is provided by Wireless Phone Protection.

³ Same day delivery and setup - All same-day device delivery and setup services (a benefit of Tech Coach or Business Tech Coach Security) are available in select locations, which are subject to change at any time, and are contingent on certain criteria, including customer location, technician availability and inventory availability. Same-day device delivery and setup for insurance replacements is available for select smartphones with approved claims, with eligibility determined at time of claim approval.
