Who is eligible to sign up for Hum by Verizon?
Hum by Verizon is available only to those with a Verizon mobile account. You must be the Account Owner to sign up.

What is the monthly subscription cost for Hum by Verizon?

- Humx - $15/month with In-Vehicle Wi-Fi and Roadside Assistance included.

How does the vehicle diagnostics feature work?
The Hum by Verizon OBD II reader connects to your vehicle's OBD port. This is the same port used by mechanics to diagnose issues and monitor performance.
You receive proactive alerts and easy-to-understand explanations for common onboard Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC). For troubleshooting, you can also press the blue customer service button on the Hum speaker to connect directly to the mechanics hotline.
