Verizon Services

Verizon offers a number of products and services that you may be using, with or without an existing mobile or home account. To access, delete or correct personal information we have collected related to your use of these products or services, please follow the instructions below.

Individual products and services

Care Smart

To request to access, delete or correct personal information, sign in to the Care Smart app on your mobile device. From the Care Smart app dashboard, select Profile, then select Help, Terms & Privacy, then select Terms & Privacy, and then select State privacy rights.

Connected Car Wi-Fi

If you are a customer of Connected Car Wi-Fi powered by Verizon and you drive an Audi or Porsche vehicle, you can request to access, delete or correct personal information by submitting a privacy inquiry form. Please select I am a Verizon customer that uses or used a different product or service and then select Connected Car Wi-Fi from the dropdown list.

All other Connected Car Wi-Fi and App users may submit a request to access personal information by signing in to the Verizon Privacy Dashboard and may request to delete or correct personal information by submitting a privacy inquiry form. Please select I am a Verizon customer that uses or used a different product or service and then select Connected Car Wi-Fi from the dropdown list.

Digital Secure

If you have a Verizon wireless account, you can request to access personal information by visiting the Verizon Privacy Dashboard and logging in with your account credentials.

If you do not have a Verizon wireless account, you can request to access or correct personal information by submitting a privacy inquiry form. Please select I am a Verizon customer that uses or used a different product or service and then select Digital Secure from the dropdown list. 

If you use Identity Theft Protection (IDTP) service through Digital Secure, your service is provided through Sontiq, a TransUnion company. You can submit a request to access, delete or correct personal information by visiting  https://www.sontiq.com/us_consumer_privacy_page.

Family Money

If you were a Family Money customer, you can request access to personal information by submitting a privacy inquiry form. Please select I am a Verizon customer that uses or used a different product or service and then select Family Money from the dropdown list.

Gizmo

To request to access, delete or correct personal information, sign in to the Gizmo app on your mobile device. From the GizmoHub app dashboard, select More, then select Terms & privacy, and then select State privacy rights.

Hum by Verizon

If you have a Verizon wireless account, you can access personal information by visiting the Verizon Privacy Dashboard and logging in with your mobile account credentials. You can also request to correct or delete personal information by submitting a privacy inquiry form.  

Prior to January 2023, Hum was available for purchase without a Verizon wireless account. If you are a Hum customer without a Verizon wireless account, you can request access to personal information by signing into the Hum app on your mobile device. You can also request that we correct or delete personal information by submitting a privacy inquiry form. Please select I am a Verizon customer that uses or used a different product or service and then select Hum by Verizon from the dropdown list.

incubed IT

If you are an incubed IT customer or you work for an incubed IT customer, you can submit a request to access, delete or correct information by completing a privacy inquiry form. Please select I am a Verizon customer that uses or used a different product or service and then select incubed IT from the dropdown list.

MCI

If you are a customer that is directly billed by MCI, you can request to access, delete or correct personal information by signing into your MCI account. If you are an authorized agent for an active customer account and you want to exercise a privacy choice on your consumer’s behalf, please call MCI at 1-800-444-3333.

Message+

You can request to access personal information by signing into the Message+ app on your mobile device. From the Message+ app dashboard, select the Menu icon, then select Settings, then select About, and then select State Privacy Rights.

Senion

Senion Install users, or individuals whose employer uses Senion service can submit a request to access, delete or correct information by submitting a privacy inquiry form. Please select I am a Verizon customer that uses or used a different product or service and then select Senion from the dropdown list.

Verizon Accessibility Research Panel

Panelists that participate in the Verizon Accessibility Research Panel can submit a request to access, delete or correct information by submitting a privacy inquiry form. Please select I am a Verizon customer that uses or used a different product or service and then select Verizon Accessibility Research Panel from the dropdown list.

Verizon Research Panel

Panelists that participate in the Verizon Research Panel can submit a request to access, delete or correct information by submitting a privacy inquiry form. Please select I am a Verizon customer that uses or used a different product or service and then select Verizon Research Panel from the dropdown list.

Verizon Cloud

If you are a Verizon Mobile or Home customer, you can request access to personal information for your Verizon Cloud and other Verizon services by signing in to the Verizon Privacy Dashboard with your Mobile or Home account credentials. Once logged in you can also request to delete and correct personal information. 

If you use Verizon Cloud but you're not a Verizon Mobile or Home customer, you can sign in to the Verizon Privacy Dashboard with your Verizon Cloud account credentials to request access to personal information.

Verizon Community

If you are a member of the Verizon Community site, you can sign in to your profile directly from the Verizon Community website using your Community or Verizon Member credentials. You can follow these instructions to use your account settings to download, delete or correct personal information. 

Verizon Innovative Learning HQ

If you are a Verizon Innovative Learning HQ customer, you can sign in to the Verizon Privacy Dashboard with your Verizon Innovative Learning HQ account credentials to request access to personal information.

Small Business Digital Ready

Small Business Digital Ready users can request to access, delete or correct personal information by submitting a privacy inquiry form.  Please select I am a Verizon customer that uses or used a different product or service and select Small Business Digital Ready from the dropdown list.
