Verizon Services

Verizon offers a number of products and services that you may be using, with or without an existing Mobile or Home account. To access, delete or correct personal information we have collected related to your use of other products or services, please follow the instructions below.

Individual products and services

Care Smart

If you are a current customer, you can use the Care Smart app to submit a request to access, delete or correct personal information. From the Care Smart app dashboard, select Profile, then select Help, Terms & Privacy, then select Terms & Privacy, and then select State privacy rights.

If you are a former customer, you can request to access, delete or correct personal information by submitting a privacy inquiry form. Please select I am a Verizon customer that uses or used a different product or service and then select Care Smart from the dropdown list.

Connected Car Wi-Fi and Vehicle App

If you are a current or former customer of Connected Car Wi-Fi powered by Verizon and you use or used this service in an Audi or Porsche vehicle, you can request to access, delete or correct personal information by submitting a privacy inquiry form. Please select I am a Verizon customer that uses or used a different product or service and then select Connected Car Wi-Fi from the dropdown list.

All other current Connected Car Wi-Fi and Vehicle App users may submit a request to access personal information by visiting the Verizon Privacy Dashboard and logging in with their Mobile account credentials. These customers may submit a request to delete or correct personal information by submitting a privacy inquiry form. Former users may submit access, deletion and correction requests through the privacy inquiry form. Please select I am a Verizon customer that uses or used a different product or service and then select Connected Car Wi-Fi from the dropdown list.
 

Digital Secure

If you have a Verizon wireless account, you can request to access or delete personal information by visiting the Verizon Privacy Dashboard and logging in with your account credentials. Information that you have voluntarily added to the app can be corrected or deleted in the app.

If you do not have a Verizon wireless account and are a former Digital Secure customer, you can request to access, delete or correct personal information by submitting a privacy inquiry form. Please select I am a Verizon customer that uses or used a different product or service and then select Digital Secure from the dropdown list. Information that you have voluntarily added to the app can be corrected or deleted in the app, or you can delete all personal information held by Digital Secure by deleting the app from your device.

If you use Identity Theft Protection (IDTP) service through Digital Secure, your service is provided through Sontiq, a TransUnion company. You can submit a request to access, delete or correct personal information by visiting  https://www.sontiq.com/us_consumer_privacy_page.

Family Money

If you were a Family Money customer, you can request access to personal information by submitting a privacy inquiry form. Please select I am a Verizon customer that uses or used a different product or service and then select Family Money from the dropdown list.

Verizon does not have any information associated with your Family Money account that can be deleted or corrected. All information we have collected about you is only maintained for as long as required for business, accounting, tax and legal purposes. 

Gizmo

If you are a current customer, you can use the GizmoHub app to request to access or correct personal information. From the GizmoHub app dashboard, select More, then select Terms & privacy, and then select State privacy rights. Gizmo only keeps personal information that is necessary to provide the Gizmo service, maintain your account and for other purposes allowable under law such as tax, legal and security purposes. If you would like to delete all personal data stored with Gizmo you will need to delete your Gizmo account in the GizmoHub app. From the GizmoHub app dashboard, select More, then select Terms & privacy, and then select State privacy rights. You can also delete certain personal data, such as your messages and photos or videos held in cloud backup, directly in the app.

If you are a former customer, you can request to access, delete or correct personal information by submitting a privacy inquiry form. Please select I am a Verizon customer that uses or used a different product or service and then select Gizmo from the dropdown list.

Hum by Verizon

If you are a current or former Hum customer with a Verizon wireless account, you can access personal information by visiting the Verizon Privacy Dashboard and logging in with your mobile account credentials. You can also request to correct or delete personal information by submitting a privacy inquiry form. Please select I am a Verizon customer that uses or used a different product or service and then select Hum by Verizon from the dropdown list.

Prior to January 2023, Hum was available for purchase without a Verizon wireless account. If you are a Hum customer without a Verizon wireless account, you can request access to personal information by signing in to the Hum app. You can also submit requests to correct or delete personal information by submitting a privacy inquiry form. Former users without a Verizon account can submit access, deletion and correction requests through the privacy inquiry form. Please select I am a Verizon customer that uses or used a different product or service and then select Hum by Verizon from the dropdown list.

Identity Secure

If you are an Identity Secure customer, you can submit a request to access, delete or correct information by completing a privacy inquiry form. Please select I am a Verizon customer that uses or used a different product or service and then select Identity Secure from the dropdown list.

incubed IT

If you are an incubed IT customer or you work for an incubed IT customer, you can submit a request to access, delete or correct information by completing a privacy inquiry form. Please select I am a Verizon customer that uses or used a different product or service and then select incubed IT from the dropdown list.

MCI

If you are a current customer that is directly billed by MCI, you can request to access, delete or correct personal information by signing in to your MCI account. If you are a former customer, please call MCI at 1-800-444-3333 to submit a privacy request.

Message+

The Message+ service was discontinued in December 2024. If you are looking for the content of your messages, all of your previous messages should transfer over to your new messaging app. Please view our FAQs for further information.

Senion

Senion Install users or individuals whose employer uses Senion service can submit a request to access, delete or correct information by submitting a privacy inquiry form. Please select I am a Verizon customer that uses or used a different product or service and then select Senion from the dropdown list.

Small Business Digital Ready

Small Business Digital Ready users can request to access, delete or correct personal information by submitting a privacy inquiry form.  Please select I am a Verizon customer that uses or used a different product or service and select Small Business Digital Ready from the dropdown list.

Verizon Cloud

You can request access to personal information for Verizon Cloud by signing in to the Verizon Privacy Dashboard with your Mobile, Home, or Verizon account credentials. 

Verizon does not have information associated with your account that can be deleted or corrected. All information we have collected about you is only maintained for as long as required for business, accounting, tax and legal purposes. Information that you have voluntarily added to Verizon Cloud can be corrected or deleted in the app.

Verizon Community

If you are a member of the Verizon Community site, you can sign in to your profile directly from the Verizon Community website using your Community or Verizon Member credentials. You can follow these instructions to use your account settings to access, delete or correct personal information.

If you are a former Verizon Community member, you can request to access, delete or correct personal information by submitting a privacy inquiry form. Please select I am a Verizon customer that uses or used a different product or service and then select Verizon Community from the dropdown list.

Verizon Family

If you have a Verizon Wireless account, you can make a request to access, delete or correct personal information by signing in to the Verizon Privacy Dashboard.

If you are a Verizon Family customer and do not have a separate Verizon Wireless account, please contact us through the privacy inquiry form to submit a request. Please select I am a Verizon customer that uses or used a different product or service and select Verizon Family (previously Smart Family) from the dropdown list.

Verizon Innovative Learning HQ

If you are a Verizon Innovative Learning HQ customer, you can sign in to the Verizon Privacy Dashboard with your Verizon Innovative Learning HQ account credentials to request access to personal information.

If you are a former member, you can request to access personal information by submitting a privacy inquiry form. Please select I am a Verizon customer that uses or used a different product or service and then select Verizon Innovative Learning HQ from the dropdown list.
