If you have a Verizon wireless account, you can submit requests to access and correct personal information from your Digital Secure service through the Verizon Privacy Dashboard, and follow the instructions for identity theft protection if you have activated it.
If you do not have a Verizon wireless account, you can submit requests to access or correct personal information. Please use “Digital Secure Request for Personal Information” in the subject line, and include the email address and phone number you use with Digital Secure. It can take up to 45 days to hear from us. We’ll notify you when your report is ready or information is corrected.
If you use my Identity Theft Protection (IDTP) service through Digital Secure, your service is provided through Sontiq, a TransUnion company. You can request access to personal information by visiting www.sontiq.com/personal-data-request-form. When you verify your identity, Sontiq will provide the personal information it has about you.
