Verizon Services
Verizon offers a number of products and services that you may be using, with or without an existing Mobile or Home account. To access, delete or correct personal information we have collected related to your use of other products or services, please follow the instructions below.
Individual products and services
Care Smart
If you are a current customer, you can use the Care Smart app to submit a request to access, delete or correct personal information. From the Care Smart app dashboard, select Profile, then select Help, Terms & Privacy, then select Terms & Privacy, and then select State privacy rights.
If you are a former customer, you can request to access, delete or correct personal information by submitting a privacy inquiry form. Please select I am a Verizon customer that uses or used a different product or service and then select Care Smart from the dropdown list.
If you have used Get Help - Professional Monitoring service provided by Viiz Communications, you can submit a request to access, delete or correct personal information by emailing contact@viiz.com or calling 1-855-937-8449.
Connected Car Wi-Fi and Vehicle App
If you are a current or former customer of Connected Car Wi-Fi powered by Verizon and you use or used this service in an Audi or Porsche vehicle, you can request to access, delete or correct personal information by submitting a privacy inquiry form. Please select I am a Verizon customer that uses or used a different product or service and then select Connected Car Wi-Fi from the dropdown list.
All other current Connected Car Wi-Fi and Vehicle App users may submit a request to access personal information by visiting the Verizon Privacy Dashboard and logging in with their Mobile account credentials. These customers may submit a request to delete or correct personal information by submitting a privacy inquiry form. Former users may submit access, deletion and correction requests through the privacy inquiry form. Please select I am a Verizon customer that uses or used a different product or service and then select Connected Car Wi-Fi from the dropdown list.
Gizmo
If you are a current customer using GizmoHub, you can use the GizmoHub app to request to access, delete or correct personal information. From the GizmoHub app dashboard, select More, then select Terms & privacy, and then select State privacy rights. Gizmo only keeps personal information that is necessary to provide the Gizmo service, maintain your account and for other purposes allowable under law such as tax, legal and security purposes.
If you are a former GizmoHub user, you can request to access, delete or correct personal information by submitting a privacy inquiry form. Please select I am a Verizon customer that uses or used a different product or service and then select Gizmo from the dropdown list.
If you manage your Gizmo watch through Verizon Family, review the directions under Verizon Family.
If you are under 18 years of age, you can ask your parent or guardian to submit a privacy request on your behalf in their GizmoHub app or you can submit a request to access personal information by using the privacy inquiry form.
MCI
If you are a current customer that is directly billed by MCI, you can request to access, delete or correct personal information by signing in to your MCI account. If you are a former customer, please call MCI at 1-800-444-3333 to submit a privacy request.
Small Business Digital Ready
Current or former Small Business Digital Ready users can request to access, delete or correct personal information by submitting a privacy inquiry form. Please select I am a Verizon customer that uses or used a different product or service and select Small Business Digital Ready from the dropdown list.
Verizon Cloud
If you are a current Verizon Cloud user, you can submit a privacy request by visiting the Verizon Privacy Dashboard with your Verizon account credentials. If you are a former Verizon Cloud user and no longer have Verizon credentials, you can submit a privacy request by visiting the former customer Verizon Privacy Dashboard page.
Information that you have voluntarily added to Verizon Cloud can be corrected or deleted in the app. Verizon does not have any other information associated with your Cloud account that can be deleted or corrected. All information we have collected about you is only maintained for as long as required for business, accounting, tax and legal purposes.
Verizon Community
If you are a member of the Verizon Community site, sign in to your profile directly from the Verizon Community website using your Community or Verizon account credentials and follow these instructions to access, delete or correct personal information.
If you are a former Verizon Community member, you can request to access, delete or correct personal information by submitting a privacy inquiry form. Please select I am a Verizon customer that uses or used a different product or service and then select Verizon Community from the dropdown list.
Verizon Family
If you are a current Verizon Family user, you can submit a privacy request by visiting the Verizon Privacy Dashboard and logging in with your Mobile or Family account credentials. If you are a former Verizon Family user and no longer have Verizon credentials, you can submit a privacy request by visiting the former customer Verizon Privacy Dashboard page. If you are not a Verizon wireless subscriber and you log in to Verizon Family using your Apple or Google credentials, you can make a privacy request directly in the Verizon Family app.
If you are under 18 years of age, you can submit a request to access personal information by calling 1-800-333-3972 or using the privacy inquiry form. If you can access Verizon Family only on your smartwatch, you can also submit a request to access personal information through the privacy inquiry form. Please select I am a Verizon customer that uses or used a different product or service and then select Verizon Family from the dropdown list.
Information you have voluntarily added to Verizon Family can be corrected or deleted in the app or by unsubscribing from the Verizon Family service. Verizon does not have any other information associated with your Verizon Family account that can be deleted or corrected. All information we have collected about you is only maintained for as long as required for business, accounting, tax and legal purposes.
If you have used 24/7 Assist services provided by Viiz Communications, you can make a privacy request by emailing contact@viiz.com or calling 1-855-937-8449.
If you are viewing your Fi pet tracker information through Verizon Family, you can also make a privacy request directly to Fi by emailing support@tryfi.com or calling 1-888-434-3647.
Verizon Innovative Learning HQ
If you are a current registrant, you can sign in with your Verizon Innovative Learning HQ registration credentials to request access to personal information.
If you are a former user, you can request to access personal information by submitting a privacy inquiry form. Please select I am a Verizon customer that uses or used a different product or service and then select Verizon Innovative Learning HQ from the dropdown list.
Verizon does not have information associated with you that can be deleted or corrected. All information we have collected about you is only maintained for as long as required for business, accounting, tax and legal purposes.
Verizon Protect (Digital Secure/Identity Secure)
If you are a current Digital Secure customer or Protect app user and have a Verizon wireless account, you can submit a privacy request by visiting the Verizon Privacy Dashboard and logging in with your Verizon account credentials. If you are a former Digital Secure customer and no longer have Verizon credentials, you can submit a privacy request by visiting the former customer Verizon Privacy Dashboard page. If you are a current or former Identity Secure customer, you can request to access personal information by submitting a privacy inquiry form. Please select I am a Verizon customer that uses or used a different product or service and then select Verizon Protect (Digital/Identity Secure) from the dropdown list. If you are not a Verizon wireless subscriber and you are using the Protect app, Verizon does not maintain any personal information about you. All information is held locally on your device and can be deleted by uninstalling the app.
Information that you have voluntarily added to the app can be corrected or deleted in the app. Verizon does not have any other information associated with your Verizon Protect account that can be deleted or corrected. All information we have collected about you is only maintained for as long as required for business, accounting, tax and legal purposes.
If you use Identity Restoration Services through Identity Secure or Digital Secure, your service is provided by Iris, a Generali company. You can submit a request to access, delete or correct personal information through email at support@info.idprotectiononline.com.
