To access, delete or correct personal information, sign in to the Care Smart app on your mobile device.

Connected Car WiFi

If you are a customer of Connected Car WiFi powered by Verizon, and you drive an Audi or Porsche vehicle, you may submit a request to access, delete or correct personal information by contacting us below.

Digital Collectibles

If you are a Digital Collectibles customer, you can access personal information we have about you, request that we correct personal information , or close your account and delete your NFTs by emailing us at Verizon5GLabs@verizon.com.

Digital Secure

If you have a Verizon wireless account, you can submit requests to access and correct personal information from your Digital Secure service through the Verizon Privacy Dashboard, and follow the  instructions for identity theft protection if you have activated it. 

If you do not have a Verizon wireless account, you can submit requests to access or correct personal information. Please use “Digital Secure Request for Personal Information” in the subject line, and include the email address and phone number you use with Digital Secure. It can take up to 45 days to hear from us. We’ll notify you when your report is ready or information is corrected.

If you use my Identity Theft Protection (IDTP) service through Digital Secure, your service is provided through Sontiq, a TransUnion company. You can request access to personal information by visiting www.sontiq.com/personal-data-request-form. When you verify your identity, Sontiq will provide the personal information it has about you.

Family Money

If you are a former Family Money customer, you can request access to personal information we retain by signing in to the Verizon Privacy Dashboard with your Family Money account credentials, which are separate from the credentials you use to access your Mobile or Home services.

Hum by Verizon

If you have a Verizon wireless account, you can access your personal information for your Hum and other Verizon services by visiting the Verizon Privacy Dashboard and logging in with your Mobile account credentials. You can also request to correct or delete personal information through the Privacy Dashboard.  

Prior to January 2023, Hum was available for purchase without a Verizon wireless account. If you were a Hum customer without a Verizon wireless account, you can request access to personal information that we retain by signing into the Hum app on your mobile device. You can also request that we correct or delete personal information by emailing us at humDTCprivacy@verizonconnect.com.

Incubed IT

If you are an Incubed IT customer or you work for an Incubed IT customer you may submit a request to access, delete or correct information by contacting us below.

MCI

If you are a customer that is directly billed by MCI, you can access, delete, or correct your personal information by signing into your account. If you are an authorized agent for an active customer account and you want to exercise a Privacy choice on your consumer’s behalf, please call us at 1-800-444-3333.

Senion at Work users, or individuals whose employer uses Senion service may submit a request to access, delete or correct information by contacting us below.

Smart Locator

If you are a former Smart Locator customer the personal information we retain will be included in your download through the Verizon Privacy Dashboard using your wireless credentials.

Verizon Cloud

If you are a Verizon Mobile or Home customer, you can request access to personal information for your Verizon Cloud and other Verizon services by signing in to the Verizon Privacy Dashboard with your Mobile or Home account credentials. Once logged in you can delete and correct personal information that Verizon has about you. 

If you use Verizon Cloud but you're not a Verizon Mobile or Home customer, you can sign in to the Verizon Privacy Dashboard with your Verizon Cloud account credentials.

Verizon Community

If you are a member of the Verizon Community site, you can sign in to your profile directly from the Verizon Community website using your Community or Verizon Member credentials. You can follow these instructions on how to use your account settings to download, delete or correct your personal information

Verizon Innovative Learning HQ

If you are a Verizon Innovative Learning HQ customer, you can sign in to the Verizon Privacy Dashboard with your Verizon Innovative Learning HQ account credentials, which are separate from the credentials you use to access your Verizon Mobile or Home services.
