Total Mobile Protection for Business gives you powerful protection for your device in case of loss, theft, damage and post-warranty malfunctions.

Same-day device replacement and setup is available for select smartphones, subject to parts/inventory availability. Eligibility will be determined at the time of claim approval. Replacement device could be new or refurbished.

Same-day delivery and setup

Your replacement or new devices purchased from verizon.com will be delivered and set up the same day.

All same-day device delivery and setup services (a benefit of Tech Coach or Business Tech Coach Security) are available in select locations, which are subject to change at any time, and are contingent on certain criteria, including customer location, technician availability and inventory availability. Same-day device delivery and setup for insurance replacements is available for select smartphones with approved claims, with eligibility determined at time of claim approval. Replacement device could be new or refurbished.

Unlimited cracked screen and back glass repair

Unlimited cracked screen and back glass repair claims for a $0 deductible for select smartphones. Back glass repairs are not available to multi-device customers.

Pricing and benefits vary in New York and for New York customers. Devices with damage to the screen and back glass are not eligible for repair unless the device is eligible for both cracked screen and back glass repair (if ineligible for repair, damage replacement deductible applies). Cracked screen and back glass repair each available for select smartphones. Available in select locations and subject to parts, technician availability and other criteria, which are subject to change at any time. Repairs are performed by an Asurion-certified technician and come with a 12-month limited warranty. Repair options may include in-store repair, mail-in repair or at-home repair. This benefit is provided by Wireless Phone Protection.

$99 damage deductible

Get a replacement device when you need one most to keep your business moving forward.

The $99 damage deductible will apply for all damage that is ineligible for cracked-screen repair. The $99 damage deductible will not apply if your loss and theft deductible is under $99. In such cases, the damage deductible will be the same as your loss and theft deductible.

Get help fast at an Authorized Repair Facility for battery replacements and other post-warranty malfunctions. Verizon Extended Warranty is a service contract, separate and distinct from any product/service warranty which may be provided by the device manufacturer, and does not extend the term of any such product/service warranty. Replacement or repair for post-warranty malfunctions is provided under Verizon Extended Warranty. Repairs are available for select smartphones only, in select locations, subject to parts and technician availability. Eligibility for repair will be determined at the point of Extended Warranty claim. If a repair option is not available for your model smartphone, you will be offered a replacement device, and the Extended Warranty $49 replacement fee will be waived. Verizon Extended Warranty is not available in Florida or for Florida customers. In Florida, extended warranty coverage is provided by the insurance program (device replacement deductible and claim limit apply).

Get an in-person device optimization session, recommendations to improve battery performance, and a screen protector installed at no extra cost for select smartphones. Plus, help keep your business laptop in shape with PC tune-ups, diagnostic exams, and expert help removing viruses.

Available in select locations and for select laptops, which are subject to change at any time. Laptop health checkups are limited to diagnostic exams only, and do not include troubleshooting, triage, repair or replacement services. Antivirus software installation, scanning and virus removal (if applicable) will also be provided.

Enrollment in the plan must occur within 30 days of device activation and other qualifying events like open enrollment. You can:

  • Purchase or upgrade to a new device and activate it on a new or existing line

  • Switch to Verizon and bring your own eligible device that meets the following criteria:

    • Fully functioning, without damage (including cracked screens) and free of defects

    • Not lost or stolen

    • Activated on a new line (not an existing line)

Check your eligibility for this plan in My Business. If Device Protection is listed under the Get Products tab, you're eligible to enroll. If you're bringing your own device, check device compatibility with Verizon’s networks before signing up for a new line of service and data plan. Prepaid accounts aren't eligible for Total Mobile Protection for Business.

 

Total Mobile Protection for Business provides line-level protection by enrolling the individual lines you want to cover.

Total Mobile Protection Multi-Device for Business provides account-level protection if your account has 3 to 49 eligible lines.

When you file a claim (either insurance or extended warranty) on a line with an eligible device, that line is "registered" for a 12-month period, and the claim is counted toward the shared number allowed in the plan. This gives you the flexibility to decide which lines on your account to register for coverage and when. Line registrations automatically reset after 12 months of being claim-free on that line. Claims carry over if you move between coverage options.

Claims may be fulfilled with new or refurbished devices and may be the same model or another model of like kind and quality. Replacement devices may contain original or nonoriginal replacement parts. Colors, features and accessory compatibility are not guaranteed.

Total Mobile Protection for Business includes coverage for loss, theft, damage (including water damage) and post-warranty malfunctions.

All device protection options continue to renew each month until canceled, and are billed directly to your wireless account. You can cancel your optional device protection at any time and receive a prorated refund of your monthly charge. Verizon may cancel your device protection option or change terms by giving you prior written notice as required by law.
