Worst experience of all time. Old iPhone I had previously bought certified pre-owned from Verizon randomly died, so I ordered a refurbished iPhone 15 pro. This phone shut down within an hour of using, brought to the Apple store where they declared it a dud. Would not upgrade for inconvenience, instead shipped a replacement refurbished 15 pro which has no tracking information or estimated delivery date. Instead of immediately being able to replace my old broken phone, it's been a week and counting without a phone as a college student. Will never buy Verizon pre-owned again.

Placed an order, re-routed back to Verizon before delivery to avoid restocking fee. Customer should be provided a true restocking fee-free chance to physically examine the pre-owned phone quality. A complain letter is sent online to customer support team.

¹ Unlimited cracked screen and back glass repairs - Back glass repair not available to Multi-Device customers. Cracked screen and back glass repair each available for select smartphones. Available in select locations and subject to parts, technician availability and other criteria, which are subject to change at any time. Repairs are performed by an Asurion-certified technician and come with a 12-month limited warranty. Repair options may include in-store repair, mail-in repair or at-home repair. This benefit is provided by Wireless Phone Protection.

² $99 damage deductible per claim - The $99 damage deductible will apply for all damage that is ineligible for cracked screen and back glass repair. The $99 damage deductible will not apply if your loss and theft deductible is under $99. In such cases, the damage deductible will be the same as your loss and theft deductible. This benefit is provided by Wireless Phone Protection.

³ Same day delivery and setup - All same-day device delivery and setup services (a benefit of Tech Coach or Business Tech Coach Security) are available in select locations, which are subject to change at any time, and are contingent on certain criteria, including customer location, technician availability and inventory availability. Same-day device delivery and setup for insurance replacements is available for select smartphones with approved claims, with eligibility determined at time of claim approval.
