Today I'm without a phone because of the this phone . Trust me don't buy a refurbished phone. The tech support was horrible. They made promises to "help" and and minutes later they disconnected or "dropped" the chat. So I had to start again with another tech. I've spent 8 hours on these calls and chats. So they decided to send a new phone gave the tech my address 3 times and had her repeat it back to me. They sent the phone to a temporary address I had. So they said that I had to cancel this order to start a new order. I did that and now they can't give me a replacement. Please do not order a rebuilt phone and I hope you don't have to deal with Verizon chat or the Asurion Tec team.

Verizon, Rose Gold is not Obsidian

Phone works great! The color that they sent was rose gold not Obsidian. What a great birthday present for my son?!!?!! Local Verizon store recognized that it was the wrong color and explained that the barcode associated with the phone was for the correct color (Obsidian), but they sent rose gold. They wanted to change it to a different phone and charge me more money per month. Verizon customer service wasn't much help...... just gave me the run around. I bought a phone case to cover up the rose gold, but it doesn't cover everything. After being a loyal customer for 19 years I'm making a plan to leave

Dont Waste your time or Money

I have owned the pixel 8 for 1 year and recently have been experiencing a green screen, turning the device unusable until the issue resolves. I did research on the issue and it is a known glitch with solutions available but you must experience certain terms in order for the repair to be approved....Save your time and money!

Known screen issues, do not get this phone

I'm on my 3rd replacement for this phone, my first two phones had the same screen issue. The screen will turn a fuzzy green color that gets worse to the point you can't see anything. Now that I've had this phone, I've learned it's a known issue and things haven't gotten better. Sure, it has gotten replaced, but the first phone only lasted 3 months, the first replacement lasted 5, I don't have high hopes for the new replacement. Save yourself the headache and get something else.

Display Issues - Stay AWAY from this Phone

Be aware that there are display issues that have intermittently popped up on this phone. Google fails to properly deal with this! It's a pity, because this is a great phone otherwise, but this is unacceptable.

The WORST quality device that I've ever owned!

I've had issues with receiving incoming calls and texts over a month, after HOURS & half dozen Verizon Reps, I am still here with a busted phone not getting incoming calls or even text messages. When doctors are unable to contact me it makes it a HUGE issue.

The camera is definitely an upgrade to the pixel 5. My biggest complaint is that the phone won't reconnect to WiFi when I return home or to a previously saved network. I have to restart the phone in order for it to pick up the wifi. I like the size of the phone. The facial recognition is good when it works. It loses my left hand finger print all the time and it's a pain where you store a new one so I quit adding it back.

Good upgrade from my Pixel 6

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I like the size, smaller than the Pixel 6. Fits in my hand and pockets better which prevents me from dropping it. I also bought a Peel case for it which is a great pairing to keep it slim and fit in small pockets as well. Response to my fingerprint is better through the privacy screen protector than my previous Pixel 6. The profile of the camera is smaller as well which is nice. The incline the Pixel 6 had made it slip and slide on tables, so it was always a risk to put it down face up. Pixel quality remains top for me.

¹ Unlimited cracked screen and back glass repairs - Back glass repair not available to Multi-Device customers. Cracked screen and back glass repair each available for select smartphones. Available in select locations and subject to parts, technician availability and other criteria, which are subject to change at any time. Repairs are performed by an Asurion-certified technician and come with a 12-month limited warranty. Repair options may include in-store repair, mail-in repair or at-home repair. This benefit is provided by Wireless Phone Protection.

² $99 damage deductible per claim - The $99 damage deductible will apply for all damage that is ineligible for cracked screen and back glass repair. The $99 damage deductible will not apply if your loss and theft deductible is under $99. In such cases, the damage deductible will be the same as your loss and theft deductible.
