went from S23 ultra to pixel 9A, I know why right, I didn't use S pen that much and other features, was decent phone the 9A however I exchange for S25 plus.

What a terrific phone! This is the first Google Pixel I've had, switching over from a Samsung Galaxy. This is pretty much the perfect phone in imo: beautiful design, more compact size, gorgeous graphics, faster than imagined, the easiest set-up every. I always dread the initial set-up/transfer with a new phone. This time I linked the two phones, touched the screens as instructed, and voila. It's absolutely seamless! Okay, it has been four years since I bought a new phone so things are better-faster-sleeker. And the more streamlined Google Pixel experience is 100% preferable to the Samsung "bloat." NEVER going back.

I received a refurbished Pixel 9A model because the battery gets hot when charging. I now have to waste my time scheduling an appointment to go to 100 Wall St, NYC to pick up a NEW Pixel 9A. So far you rate 1 STAR.

The new phone is fine and meets my needs. I’m very disappointed that the value of my trade in was reduced so drastically without any explanation. It still worked and spent its life in a protective case with a screen shield, so if there is something about that model that reduces its value I should have been warned when I accepted the deal. Yes, I understand I have no real recourse.

¹ Unlimited cracked screen and back glass repairs - Back glass repair not available to Multi-Device customers. Cracked screen and back glass repair each available for select smartphones. Available in select locations and subject to parts, technician availability and other criteria, which are subject to change at any time. Repairs are performed by an Asurion-certified technician and come with a 12-month limited warranty. Repair options may include in-store repair, mail-in repair or at-home repair. This benefit is provided by Wireless Phone Protection.

² $99 damage deductible per claim - The $99 damage deductible will apply for all damage that is ineligible for cracked screen and back glass repair. The $99 damage deductible will not apply if your loss and theft deductible is under $99. In such cases, the damage deductible will be the same as your loss and theft deductible.
