I'm on my 3rd replacement phone, I will not get another Motorola. When your talking on it, a blank screen comes up,, for you to type with http, and then it gets a fast busy signal and hangs up, all 3 phones have done this. I'm done with Motorola, looking for a different brand.

Battery Issue

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I recently had the battery die in my 2022 Edge+ 5G UW probably to my fault for too much charging to 100%. I keep insurance on my phones and Verizon replaced the one one that died. I, like others, have ONLY used Motorola phones for the last 15+ years. Other than a few minor glitches, I haven't had any serious problems with my Motorola phones. My Edge+ has served me well and I will continue using Motorola phones as long as they keep making them.

Worked until it didn't

Only smartphones I've ever owned have been Motorola but after I cracked the screen on my original Edge+ my 2 replacements have had the same issue with the display. Purple and black spots after a few minutes of screen time that get worse until it's useless. Love the phone but need something functional

Hello everyone I have had this phone for the past 3 years no problem at all. Excellent camera long battery life two days don't know why everyone trying down this phones it's a awesome phone I have had the Motorola Moto phone with the attachment to go with it. This is an excellent phone far better than Samsung and trying to compare it to an iPhone to totally different worlds. Motorola keep it up the awesome job. No drop call maybe it's your area you live in. It's a lot of fact that plays in the service the glitch maybe it because it something you downloaded. It's a computer download the wrong you will have problems. Keep that in mind. Everyone it's an android try it for yourself.

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH MOTOROLA EVER

This review is about an Edge (2021): I have ALWAYS owned Motorola phones. My children (now adults) have always owned Motorola phones. I have admonished my friends to get Motorola phones. They are by far the most reliable cell phones on the market, in my opinion. I was excited to get my Edge. I had seen a few bad reviews but played them off to users. This phone just randomly reboots, sometimes as many as 5 times per day. The ringer and notification sounds also randomly "turn off." I am an IT person who takes call and works from home. I have no landline. I rely solely on my "reliable" Motorola to communicate. I have lost count on the number of calls I have missed because of this. This phone is going to cause me to get fired if this continues. I would have already switched phones but I want to stay with Motorola and want a 256gb, 5G reliable phone. I am torn as to what to do because of this. Looking into Samsung even tho I have been and want to continue to be a die hard Motorola user.

This is by far the worst experience with a Motorola phone I have ever had. Ive owned Motos for over a decade. This phone does a weird glitch with the sim.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

i have had this phone for almost 2 years. and it never disappoints. I love the battery life and the screen is so vivid, the speakers are the best i have ever heard on any phone and the telephoto 108MP lens is great. To bad the new ones are missing the telephoto lens. that might make me hang on to this phone longer because of that. And i wish they would upgrade this flagship phone to Android 13 like all the other Motorola phones. Thats my only dislike. Otherwise I am very pleased and happy with this phone. i think its better than the newest phones from Motorola at least until the new Motorola Edge+ 2023 or 2024 comes out we will just have to wait and see if they out do this one.

A great phone for the past 2.5 Years

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

This phone never once creshed, got hung up, or randomly shut down. It was an absolute beast. After 2.5 years, I was cleaning out the charge port with air, and the air exploded the back glass. The repair price was almost the same as a new phone, or I would keep this. I really want my phone to last for 5 years, but it is what it is. It is an absolutle powerhouse of a phone and would choose it over any samsung product.

Motorola does it again

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I've been a Motorola user for over a decade now. From the old Nextel nuke "resistant" flip phones, emergency services radios, and so many smartphones, I've lost count of how many I've used. The Edge+ is a rock solid device. I've been due for an upgrade for about a year now, but I see no reason to part with it. I've upgraded phones every 2 years for the last decade. The Edge+ is going to be in my pocket for 5+. The charge ports do seem to wear out, but I'm charging exponentially more than I have in any years past so I can't blame the port necessarily.

Hey Motorola! You guys designed a phone that is absolutely beautiful to look at and to use. Now that it's 2023 I was hoping to upgrade but for some reason not only did you keep all of your best smartphones out of the US market (Edge 30 Ultra, RAZR, etc), the unlocked versions of your lower tier phones are only available on limited networks!! As someone who has used your phones since the original Droid due to your phones being innovative and different from all the same old same old out there, you make it really hard for loyal customers to give you their money. The US market is filled with nothing but bland, sad repeats of each other and there is a large number of use that would love the something different that you provide. Please let the US have at least some of your best phones, we are desperate for something different, something better, something Moto!!

¹ Unlimited cracked screen and back glass repairs - Back glass repair not available to Multi-Device customers. Cracked screen and back glass repair each available for select smartphones. Available in select locations and subject to parts, technician availability and other criteria, which are subject to change at any time. Repairs are performed by an Asurion-certified technician and come with a 12-month limited warranty. Repair options may include in-store repair, mail-in repair or at-home repair. This benefit is provided by Wireless Phone Protection.

² $99 damage deductible per claim - The $99 damage deductible will apply for all damage that is ineligible for cracked screen and back glass repair. The $99 damage deductible will not apply if your loss and theft deductible is under $99. In such cases, the damage deductible will be the same as your loss and theft deductible. This benefit is provided by Wireless Phone Protection.

³ Same day delivery and setup - All same-day device delivery and setup services (a benefit of Tech Coach or Business Tech Coach Security) are available in select locations, which are subject to change at any time, and are contingent on certain criteria, including customer location, technician availability and inventory availability.
