Worst Samsung Ever!

I Hate this phone. Absolutely hands-down worst Samsung phone I've ever had to use because they force you to upgrade for one reason or another. My old S10 run circles around this junk. Biometrics are a joke,its so slow and redundant its insulting. But of course I can't lose it and it just won't break......yet.

Very unhappy with any Samsung phone that I have ever had

The camera is one of the worst cameras that I have come across. The pictures are a washed out yellow color that makes just about all colors almost white or a dull yellow. The phone also fills in words in my texts that don't make any sense. It also has lost over a hundred pictures that I have backed up. The ratings say 4.7 out of 5. I give it a 0.5

Have had my new phone for a week now and so far, it's been great. There's a few things I haven't learned about it yet, but no complaints. I upgraded from an S9 so it's a learning curve for me.

All the intrusive pop up ads are inexcusable. I will not be recommending Verizon as a phone provider to anyone. I was assured that my new service would be far better than my former. After only a month, I had to get a warranty replacement phone, and was charged $30 to transfer my data over to the replacement phone. So much for superior customer service.
