Less than 2 years old, less than 20 months at that. It will no longer hold a charge all day. Before last week it would hold a charge for at least 2 days, with my normal moderate to heavy usage. I still have more than a year to pay on it, but it won't last that long. There is no damage to the phone at all. The hinge still looks shiny and new. Both screens work flawlessly, or have been until last week when they started randomly locking up. I am now looking for a new phone that is not Samsung, iPhone, or Google. I wish we had more choices.

I enjoyed the bigger screen for a about a year and then right after my warranty expired something on the phone broke and now whenever I unfold the phone when it's not plugged into a charger the phone dies but when I plug it back in to restart it, it'll have whatever battery life it had before I unfolded it. Have been stuck using the small screen because I was told there was no way to fix and my warranty had expired the day before it started doing this.

Crappy Service, Cool Phone

The phone is cool. No problems at all with the "fold" feature. I use it when watching videos or showing people pictures. Took a few months to get used to the extra weight. COMPLAINT: I get low bars and no service. I've never had this issue with any Samsung phone on Verizon. People around me with Verizon will have great service while I get 0 - 1bars. FOR THAT REASON ALONE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHONE.

I love my new Galaxy Z fold but beware...

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I purchased this phone because I READ a lot and I am using it as a portable e-reader. The very day I purchased my phone I damaged the inside large screen by striking a match to light a candle nearby. The head of the match flew and yup, it landed smack in the middle of my opened phone. Yes it left a mark, small but visible enough, I wanted to CRY! This should have been a WARNING!!! Inside screen is NOT GLASS. Insurance deductible for this phone is $250.00!

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

No way to securely protect screen. 6 months after having it black dots occurred. Then a year in had to restart it more periodically as it will freeze Love the idea of a bigger screen, but the screen protector does not stay secure and peels from the crease.

Great While The Center Screen Works

6 months away from paying off center screen fails....I know it is a 3 and 5 is out already... Don't care read feedback off site, 5's still having issues....An expensive brick to have around until pay off...Will not go with the fold next time around... It shouldn't of failed, not overly used, not abused kept clean and cased...Very disappointed... How I miss the Note...

Phone sucks

This phone the inside screen broke 13 months after we got it and the phone won’t open for the inside screen one day after the warranty was up worse phone and we still owe a large amount on this This phone deserves no stars, but I was forced to put at least one.

I like my phone alot, been a android person since I could buy my own phone. My whole family is android family. now I wish I never upgrade my phone because of all the problem I am having try to get the issue fixed but with my insurance I have to pay for a replacement not a fix screen I want my note back Samsung pls pls don't have phone explode on me.

Both the inside and outside screen broke after warranty

A year warranty is what they offer but the screens are so generous that they break after the warranty is up. My inside screen cracked right down the middle while I wasn't even using it. My outside screen worked ok after that until it didn't n just went completely white. It's going to cost me a lot of money to fix this phone even if I do it myself. Don't waist the kind of money this cost cause to fix both screens will pry be 600-700 doing it myself at home. On top of what I paid for this phone

Terrible phone

This is the most expensive phone I've bought and the worst performing one. Hard to find a cover for it. Its bulky. Screen cracked on fold after one year, even though I take very good care of it. The replacement one has been even worse, it cannot do updates, apps quit working.....worst mistake I made was trading in my note for this piece of crap.

¹ Unlimited cracked screen and back glass repairs - Back glass repair not available to Multi-Device customers. Cracked screen and back glass repair each available for select smartphones. Available in select locations and subject to parts, technician availability and other criteria, which are subject to change at any time. Repairs are performed by an Asurion-certified technician and come with a 12-month limited warranty. Repair options may include in-store repair, mail-in repair or at-home repair. This benefit is provided by Wireless Phone Protection.

² $99 damage deductible per claim - The $99 damage deductible will apply for all damage that is ineligible for cracked screen and back glass repair. The $99 damage deductible will not apply if your loss and theft deductible is under $99. In such cases, the damage deductible will be the same as your loss and theft deductible.
