moto g play - 2023 - Use Multi Window

Here's how to use two apps simultaneously on your moto g play - 2023.
  • 'Multi window' is also referred to as Split top.
  • 'Multi window' allows multiple apps to be run on the current screen at the same time.
  • Not all apps support 'Multi window'.
  1. Open the
    Recent apps
     Recent app icon to open the app cards screen.
  2. Scroll left or right to locate the preferred app.
  3. Tap the app icon (e.g., Gmail, Settings, etc.) located at the top of the panel then tap
    Split top
    .
    Options may vary depending on the app selected.

  4. From the Recent apps screen, tap the second app to be viewed.
    Adjust the size of the apps by sliding the horizontal bar between the apps up or down.

  5. To exit Split top, tap the
    Recent Apps icon
     then swipe up on the split-screen window.
