  1. What is the My Verizon app and how do I use it?

    The My Verizon app lets you manage your account 24/7 right from your prepaid smartphone or tablet, including:

    • Make payments
    • Set up Auto Pay
    • Check your usage and balance
    • Add more high-speed Add On Data
    • Change your plan
    • Manage your features
    • Update profile settings
    • View your payment history
    • Upgrade your device

    Note: If you're on an older prepaid plan or if you're an Account Member on a Prepaid Family Account, some of the account management options listed above may not be available to you.

  2. How much does the My Verizon app for prepaid cost?

    The My Verizon app is included with your prepaid service for no additional charge.

    Data charges may apply for download and use.

  3. What devices are compatible with the My Verizon app for prepaid?

    The My Verizon app is available for iPhone® and most Android™ smartphones.

  4. How do I get the My Verizon app for prepaid?

    If the My Verizon app isn't already in your Apps menu, you can search for "My Verizon" in your phone's app store:

    Then tap on the My Verizon app in the search results and download it.

    To sign in, you'll need to enter your prepaid mobile number and My Verizon Password. If you're not registered for My Verizon, tap I need to register on the app sign-in screen and follow the steps to create your account.

  5. Can I use Paypal or Apple Pay to make a payment in the My Verizon app for prepaid?

    If you add a line to your prepaid account or upgrade your device on an existing line through the My Verizon app, you can use Paypal® or Apple Pay® to make your one-time payment.

  6. How do I view the My Verizon app for prepaid in Spanish?

    When your device language is set to Spanish (Español), the My Verizon app will also automatically display in Spanish.

    Note: The My Verizon app only supports Spanish - United States. Other versions of Spanish aren't supported at this time. You'll receive an error message stating the app isn't available in Spanish when the device language is set to other versions of Spanish.

    If your device language is set to Spanish – United States and the My Verizon app is still displaying in English, try the following:

    1. Sign out of the My Verizon app, and then sign back in again.

    2. If it's still not displaying in Spanish, make sure you have the latest version of the My Verizon app.

      Note: To do this, search for "My Verizon" in the app store on your device. Select My Verizon from the search results, and tap Update.
