Price increase for your Play More Unlimited mobile phone plan - FAQs

We're committed to bringing you the nation's most reliable network. To continue improving our industry-leading mobile network and services, each Play More Unlimited phone line on your account will be charged an added $4/month, no sooner than 3/1/24.

Yes. No sooner than 3/1/24, these plans will have an increased rate of $4/month per line:

• Play More Unlimited, Do More Unlimited, Get More Unlimited
• Play More Unlimited 5G Ultra Wideband, Do More Unlimited 5G Ultra Wideband, Get More Unlimited 5G Ultra Wideband
• 5G Start, 5G Play More, 5G Do More, 5G Get More

Here's what changes you'll see on your bill for the first month of the price adjustment (as of 3/1/24):

• Under One-time charges & credits:
  • You will see a partial adjustment charge for the increased plan cost. This will appear as "Initial Plan Rate Adjustment."
  • You may see an adjustment of - $4 . This is only if you were charged any increase for February service days. This will appear as "Plan rate adjustment credit."
• In the Plans section, you'll see the increased charge for the upcoming month. That's because you pay for your monthly mobile service plan in advance.

You can visit My Verizon anytime to view your bill amount, billing period and next bill estimate.

You can keep your plan and no action is needed. The increase will go into effect no sooner than 3/1/24.

Yes. Bringing you the best value in wireless is still our top priority. Your existing plan benefits won't be changing.

You can enjoy these benefits at no extra charge as long as you have the plan:

• Unlimited 5G / 4G LTE (+25 GB Premium data).
• Unlimited Mobile Hotspot data (15 GB on 5G / 4G LTE).
• Apple Music. A $10.99/month value.

Along with these benefits, we're adding more value to your plan with an extra 5 GB of Mobile Hotspot. Your extra data will be available with the next billing period after 3/1/24.

To enroll in perks, go to the Manage Plan page, then select your plan and follow the prompts. If you already have any of the subscriptions, we'll let you know how to manage them.

Any discounts currently applied to your account, or discounts you're eligible for, are still valid. You may be eligible for this discount with your current plan:

• Enroll in Auto Pay and paper-free billing* and save $10 a month/line.*
