Massimo Peselli

Massimo Peselli is the Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer, Global Enterprise and Public Sector for Verizon Business. He leads a global team focused on delivering innovative technologies like 5G, mobile edge computing (MEC), cloud, security, and software-defined networking, to enable enterprise and public sector clients to win in the marketplace today while laying the groundwork for their digital transformation journeys. 

Tapping his more than two decades of industry experience, Massimo has the vision and expertise to help customers unlock the transformative capabilities necessary to meet and exceed their business goals. He fosters a culture of performance excellence built on Verizon’s core values of integrity, respect, and kindness.

Prior to his current role, Massimo served as Senior Vice President of Global Enterprise, where he led a global team focused on enabling enterprise customers to securely and intelligently manage business interactions and operations in real-time while laying the foundation for long-term transformational growth. 

Previously, Massimo was Senior Vice President of Enterprise Business Development and the International Sales market, where he was responsible for leveraging Verizon Business’ product portfolio to change the way customers do business. Prior to that position, he was Vice President of Enterprise Sales for 13 states on the US West Coast, which expanded to overseeing the Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Professional Services vertical. His scope continued to expand when in 2015, he was named Group Vice President, Sales Vertical Markets, where he was responsible for five teams covering all vertical markets in the US, which transitioned into an appointment as Sales Group VP Americas and APAC/LATAM and Canada responsible for wireline enterprise sales. 

Massimo joined Verizon in 1997 as Head of Pre-Sales in Italy and continued to serve in sales leadership positions in Italy serving as Sales Director, Italy and Spain, and then working as a Sales Area Vice President, South Region based in Milan. 

Before joining Verizon, he worked for Telecom Italia, in their presales engineering organization, and also worked on a special project to develop the first ICT integration of a Contact Center and back-office data in 1995.

Peselli holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Politecnico di Milano in Italy.

Scott Lawrence

Scott Lawrence is Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer for Verizon Business. He is responsible for Verizon Business’ holistic product portfolio and strategy, including Network Services, Platforms, Cyber Security, Connected Experiences, FWA and IoT Solutions. In this role, he oversees a global team that develops a clear and compelling vision for product-led growth across all of Verizon Business’ customers.

In his previous role with the Global Solutions organization, he was accountable for delivering strategic and innovative business solutions to Enterprise and Public Sector clients around the globe. He supported a revenue base of $15B+ and led a team of over 1,000 Sales and Technology professionals globally focused on delivering business outcomes to clients through Verizon’s best-in-class global solutions such as 5G, Edge Computing, Software-Defined Services, Cyber Security and Connected Experiences.

Before that, Scott was Group Vice President and General Manager, Global Enterprise, where he had P&L responsibility for Verizon Business’ International segment across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience for Verizon Business’ Global Enterprise clients across a full spectrum of the Verizon Business portfolio. Prior to his international assignment, Scott was Vice President, Verizon Business’ Advanced Solutions Sales & Engineering where he was responsible for an organization of Sales Specialists and Solution Architects across three solution practice towers: Cyber Security, Workplace Collaboration (Unified Communications & Collaboration) and Customer Experience (CX) supporting Global Enterprise and Public Sector customers.

In addition, Scott has held various senior leadership roles across Verizon’s Sales, Operations, Strategy and System Integrators teams. Prior to rejoining Verizon in 2004, Scott held Sales leadership and Business Development roles at Allied Riser Communications and OpenReach.

Scott holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin and currently lives in Chicago, IL with his wife and three children where he is active in his community and coaching youth sports.

Brad Haczynski

Brad Haczynski is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Mobile eXperience (MX) Division at Samsung Electronics America, based in Plano, TX. His team is responsible for driving the revenue growth for mobile products including phones, tablets, PCs, and wearables in SMB and enterprise markets.

Brad’s tenacity and drive has lead him to emerge as an industry global sales leader with a broad spectrum of U.S., European, and Asia Pacific working experiences. Prior to Samsung, Brad had an impressive 21-year tenure at Intel where he held a multitude of roles which enabled Brad to accrue leadership expertise across Intel’s entire technology portfolio, including PCs, IoT/Edge Devices, Enterprise Networking, 5G Mobile Communications, Edge Computing, Storage, Enterprise, and Cloud Computing. In his most recent role, prior to joining Samsung, Brad was the VP/GM of Network + Edge (NEX) global sales and marketing at Intel. In this role, he led the team to a record revenue of

$8.8B (11% YoY growth) in 2022. Brad and team deployed B2B industry vertical expertise to focus on transformational technology use cases, developed outcome based selling methodologies, deployed a robust partner ecosystem value exchange and drove strong discipline around opportunity management.

Brad also has a track record and reputation for building high performance teams as an approachable, authentic people centric leader. Known for his infectious passion, he values curiosity, communication, collaboration, and positive energy to inspire teams to deliver world class results.

Brad earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of South Florida.

Jennifer Artley

Jennifer is the Senior Vice President, 5G Acceleration, Verizon Business. She is an experienced sales leader and general manager with an aptitude for creating diverse teams and fostering global perspectives within the telecommunications industry.

As a leader, Jennifer leans into complex challenges and brings the right team of thinkers to the table who are focused on execution for customers. She embraces the power of building community, orienting toward a common purpose, and finding solutions beyond the obvious ways of getting things done.

Jennifer believes that diversity of thought is what sparks creativity and drives innovation and is deeply committed to forwarding the pursuit of diversity, equity and inclusion. Having a richness of experiences around the table to Jennifer means that people are able to approach challenges and opportunities from a variety of different perspectives and will find the best answers together.

Prior to joining Verizon Jennifer served as the President, BT in the Americas and MD, Technology, Life Sciences and Business Services where she led BT’s entire Americas team in the United States, Canada and Latin America and ran a global sales vertical focused on Technology, Life Sciences and Business Services customers. As the leader of one of three global vertical sales units, Artley built and grew relationships with BT’s top 800 customers in this ~£1.2B sales channel. She brought together the knowledge, resources, and skills of her global team in order to address customers’ complex digital transformation with insight, consistency, and agility.

Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Arts at Hobart and William Smith Colleges, her Master of Business Administration from University of Pennsylvania - Wharton School of Business, and her Master of Arts from The Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania. She is fluent in Spanish and proficient in Russian. Jennifer was also a founding member and later an Advisory Board member of Minds Matter of Denver, a non-profit focused on mentoring and supporting unique educational opportunities for high achieving high school students from low income neighborhoods. Jennifer currently resides in Denver, Colorado with her husband and two daughters.

Daniel Lawson

Daniel Lawson is a Vice President of Solutions Architecture in the Verizon Business Group. In this role, he is responsible for Verizon’s US-based enterprise and public sector segments and brings a unified team working across technologies to deliver business outcomes. Prior to this assignment, Daniel ran the Network, Applications, and Innovation team. In that role, he was the global practice owner for the application and network portfolios with a team of network technology subject matter experts, application specialists, and lab engineers who focused on enabling digital transformation for our customers through the power of our network capabilities (including emerging technology in SDN, edge compute, deep infrastructure/application insights, automation, and AI/ML techniques).

During earlier engineering and architecture leadership roles over the last 20 years with Verizon, Daniel has supported private and public sector customers; the financial, manufacturing, and healthcare industries; and many internal initiatives. He has extensive background in enterprise networking, mobility, IoT, edge cloud, outsourcing and managed services, optical transport, unified communications and collaboration, contact center, and security technologies.

Daniel is an active supporter of local Dallas charities benefitting the American Heart Association and Alzheimer's research. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from Texas A&M University and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from Southern Methodist University.

Mark Tina

Mark Tina is the Vice President of Business Sales for Verizon Business, overseeing the mid-market wireless business team for the Eastern region of the United States.

He is responsible for an organization of over 1k sales professionals and leaders, serving small and medium-size businesses with innovative managed solutions for total connectivity, communications and collaboration. His team is focused on helping accelerate the recovery of medium- sized businesses in the U.S. with the power of Verizon’s unmatched 5G, as well as security and connectivity solutions such as BlueJeans, One Talk and Verizon Connect.

Mark has over 20 years of sales and progressive leadership experience across various sales and business

development channels and has held leadership positions in top markets across the U.S. He was directly responsible for leading one of the first Verizon Indirect Business teams in 2019. In 2020, Mark co-created LEAD Together, Verizon Business’ mentorship program, which enables employees across business units to develop leadership skills. He is the recipient of the Verizon President’s Cabinet award (2019) and All In Award (2020).

Previously, he served as the Executive Director for the Eastern region of the United States, leading various SMB and Strategic Data Sales teams, including Retail to Business, Indirect to Business, Security/SaaS and IOT Resell sales and operations. His organization consisted of over 550 sales professionals across 24 States of the U.S., servicing small to medium business customers, which included managing SMB in over 700 Corporate-owned retail locations and over 3,000 Indirect agent locations. His teams delivered relevant technology solutions across their customer base, while delivering significant revenue growth.

Earlier, Mark served as the Executive Director of B2B in the Northeast and was the Retail Sales Director in New York and Boston. He also served the Business Sales Director in Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia before transitioning to retail.

Mark holds both a Bachelor Degree and an MBA in Business Management and Administration from Iona College. He serves as an Executive Sponsor of VALOR (Veterans and Advocates Leading the Organization Responsibly), Verizon’s employee resource group committed to supporting active and retired military employees. In addition, Mark is an active member of BOLD (Black Originators Leaders and Doers), Verizon’s employee resource group committed to shaping Verizon’s culture of inclusion and WAVE (Women’s Association of Verizon Employees), which champions the advancement of women across the organization by promoting leadership and providing opportunities for growth, development and networking.

Barry Morehart

Barry Morehart is the Senior Director – Verizon B2B Sales.  In this role, Barry leads the team of Samsung employees that are responsible for the Verizon Business Group sales strategies and results.  He built his team at Samsung to support the Verizon Business Group across their key verticals and focus areas including Small to Medium Business, Enterprise, and Public Sector sales and solutions.  Barry’s team is also responsible for the alignment of the Samsung product and solution portfolio with the goals that Verizon has for business promotions, go-to-market execution, as well as seller and partner enablement.

Prior to joining Samsung in 2017, Barry held numerous leadership roles with global telecom companies across a diverse set of responsibilities including sell-to, sell-with, and sell-through solutions for enterprise clients and partners.  His current team is focused not only on hardware sales but also on SaaS solutions that help the Verizon Business Group satisfy the demand from their clients for improved security, mobility, and productivity.

Barry volunteers in the communities that he has served in his career with a particular emphasis on fighting domestic violence.  Working through various local agencies and national groups like HopeLine, that leverage corporate involvement and technology investments to empower victims, he has helped groups improve the lives of people who are impacted by domestic violence.

Barry holds a Bachelor of Science – Business Administration degree from the University of Arkansas.

Danny Johnson

Danny Johnson, a 20+ year veteran in the technology industry, is a seasoned executive possessing experience in software development, engineering, sales, consulting, product development, and marketing. Danny has started and launched innovative products and solutions into multi-billion dollar markets and is currently Director of product marketing for Verizon Business Group where his responsibilities include: portfolio positioning and messaging, competitive differentiation, and new channel activation for Verizon Business Group’s 5G, MEC, IoT, and SDN portfolios.

Joe Inzerillo

Joe Inzerillo is a renowned media technology trailblazer currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Product and Technology Officer for SiriusXM. Since joining the company in January 2022, Joe has led setting and implementing SiriusXM’s product roadmap, satellite infrastructure enhancements, and technology vision and strategy to drive innovation and growth across all SiriusXM platforms, and also oversees SiriusXM's Information Technology and Broadcast Infrastructure.

Prior to joining SiriusXM, Joe served as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for The Walt Disney Company’s direct-to-consumer video streaming businesses, including Disney+, ESPN+ and Hulu, and previously held senior technology leadership positions with BAMTech Media, the Chicago White Sox, Chicago Bulls, Chicago Blackhawks and Chicago’s United Center.

Daniel Pisarski

Dan is an engineering leader in the online, video, and broadcast industries with over 20 years’ experience. With a broad background in software and hardware design, product development, research and analysis and quality assurance, Dan understands how to take complex technology solutions from inception to delivery and beyond. As a tech visionary, Dan is a recurring contributor to articles and white papers communicating both practical know-how and forward-thinking knowledge to help bring the live video industry to the next level. Dan is also a frequent presenter sharing his technological expertise at industry conferences around the country with sessions ranging from 5G, and open-source solutions to bringing linear channel infrastructure online for OTT services.

Phil Wiser

Phil Wiser is the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Paramount Global, one of the world’s leading producers of premium content and entertainment for audiences worldwide.

Phil is responsible for leading Paramount’s global technology strategy, multiplatform operations, and aligning technology initiatives with the overall business objectives, ensuring that the organization remains at the forefront of technological advancements.

Currently, one of Phil’s key objectives is to drive an AI-first approach within the company. His focus extends beyond technology leadership; he prioritizes tangible results and fosters an AI-centric culture. His team is actively developing new approaches to enterprise architecture and operations spanning production, content creation, infrastructure, and broadcast operations. These successes position the organization for continued growth and innovation in the media industry.

The technology organization is a multifaceted division that manages enterprise solutions, information security, media supply chain, and advertising technology. It also oversees broadcast and production operations and oversees the technology operations for live media and content creation.

Under Phil’s leadership, the company successfully identified and leveraged tech synergies to enhance value. His teams streamlined application portfolios and led the cloud migration for scalability and innovation. Additionally, during the Viacom-CBS merger, he orchestrated the alignment of technology stacks, fostering collaboration and efficiency across the combined entity.

Prior to Paramount, Wiser served as Chief Technology Officer at Hearst. In this role, he managed Hearst’s technology migration to the cloud, and established a data-driven, cloud-first media environment for its digital businesses. Wiser was also the Chief Technology Officer at Sony Corporation of America and Sony Music, responsible for creating the digital businesses at Sony Music, including the forging of the groundbreaking deal to launch iTunes.

Earlier in his career, Wiser was a key pioneer in the creation of the online digital music industry and the over-the-top TV market as the founder of Liquid Audio and Sezmi. Both companies were the first to create commercial Internet-based media offerings in music and television. With numerous patents issued for these efforts, he broke new ground across the areas of IP-based content delivery, machine recommendation systems, video delivery over the Internet, and cybersecurity. 

Phil has an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland. He serves on the Board of Trustees for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum and Sarah Lawrence College. He is also on the Board of Visitors for the University of Maryland, A James Clark School of Engineering.

Dennis Gamiello

Dennis Gamiello is responsible for driving innovation in payments and identity at Mastercard. He manages a portfolio of digital identity solutions that leverage leading edge technology, including biometrics and AI, to enable digital customer onboarding, customer lifecycle protection and secure money movement. His team’s mission is to deliver solutions that enable trust in commerce around the globe. Prior, he was responsible for building Mastercard’s authentication product business where he and his team led the development, launch and global scale of security standards and products that are now used throughout the industry to secure and simplify online payments.

Dennis joined Mastercard in 2007 and has extensive global experience having worked in several global roles and regional roles, including in North America and Latin America. His expertise includes product, commercialization, strategy, business development, technology, digital payments and security. Prior to his tenure at Mastercard, he was an engineer and team leader in the services division of IBM.

Dennis holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and an MBA in Finance from the LaPenta School of Business at Iona University and an executive certificate in Digital Business Strategy from the Columbia Business School at Columbia University.
