Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ 5G Kids Edition - View Device Screen on TV

Here's how to share your screen or media files with another screen (TV, game console, etc.) using your Galaxy Tab A9+ 5G Kids Edition.
  • Smart View comes pre-installed on most Samsung devices. If you uninstall the app, you won't be able to download it again; however, you can continue to use it unless you remove it.
    Smart View may not be removable on all devices.
  • Samsung Smart Things or Samsung DeX are recommended alternative screen-sharing options.
  • To play or copy media to / from other devices (e.g., computer, TV, etc.), they must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network and may need to be configured for sharing. Refer to the user manual or contact the equipment manufacturer for assistance.
  • Apps like YouTube™and Netflix® can be cast to a remote display. Tap the
    Cast icon
     Cast icon  app then select the preferred display.
  1. Swipe down on the
    Status bar
     twice to expand the quick settings menu.

  2. Tap the
    Smart View icon
     Smart View.
    If unavailable, swipe left to view more quick settings.
  3. If presented, review the Smart View info then tap
    Next

  4. If presented, review the permissions info then tap
    Continue

  5. Select the external display device from the list.
    If unavailable, ensure your TV or external display supports screen sharing and that it's turned on.
  6. Review the 'Start mirroring with Smart View' message then tap
    Start now
