You must sign up for a new eligible Fios Home Internet plan from 4/13/23 - 6/14/23.
Note: Business or Prepaid accounts aren’t eligible for the offer. One offer per eligible Verizon account.
To redeem the offer:
You have 60 days to redeem the offer.
After 65 days of continuous service on a new eligible Fios Home Internet plan, you’ll receive an email saying that your offer is ready to redeem. You’ll have 60 days to redeem the offer.
If you can’t find the tile, either:
Please confirm that no one in your family has already redeemed the offer.
If none of these apply, then please visit Verizon Contact Us for assistance.
If you’ve redeemed the offer, Verizon reserves the right to charge back the value of the offer if the eligible service is canceled within 180 days. If you haven’t redeemed, you will no longer qualify after cancellation.
After redemption, the typical shipping time is 1 to 2 weeks, though the delivery timeline can be up to 8 weeks.
