For each qualifying line, customer will receive a $15 monthly credit which will continue for as long as Verizon provides & customer maintains Verizon Business Complete or Verizon Business Core Mobile Bundle at qualifying levels. Limited time offer . For each qualifying new line to Verizon, customer will receive an additional $10 monthly credit for 10 months over a continuous ten-month period ($100 total) as long as customer maintains Verizon Business Complete or Verizon Business Core Mobile Bundle at qualifying levels. All remaining credits will be forfeited if the service agreement is terminated, including, but not limited to, any customer termination by canceling the line or performing an upgrade. The insurance monthly fee will not be discounted. Existing Verizon lines are not eligible for this offer. This offer can stack with the existing $15 monthly credit. Verizon Business Complete helps free up valuable business resources by providing support for smartphone onboarding, off-boarding, and any technical support issues with your phone. Your business stays in control with included Verizon Mobile Device Management to set and manage security policies and application deployments to your mobile devices.

Verizon Business Complete includes a smartphone as a service and unlimited talk, text, and data.5 You can also take advantage of Verizon Mobile Device Management (MDM) which helps your business effectively manage mobile devices and enforce security policies to help keep mobile data protected.

It also includes Wireless Phone Protection for Verizon Business Complete, which is insurance coverage for loss, theft and damage (including liquid).6  Verizon Business Complete provides device assistance and support 24/7 from trained experts.

Smartphones under Verizon Business Complete are also eligible for same-day delivery, activation, and setup, allowing you to get a replacement smartphone the same day, subject to inventory availability.7 Smartphones are also eligible for an unlimited number of cracked screen repairs, allowing you to get your screen fixed as soon as the same day for no additional cost.8

Select a model: Select a smartphone from two tiers, of which each include a wireless plan and mobile device management.

Shipping: Verizon ships the smartphone  and its welcome kit to your employees. 

Setup and onboarding: Tech experts are  there to assist with a simple, streamlined setup and onboarding support to help employees with their mobile devices. 

Repair or replacement: Get coverage for loss, theft and damage that includes same-day setup, replacement or repair.6

Upgrade and recycle: With upgrade eligibility every 24 months employees can get a new smartphone at no additional charge while we retrieve and recycle the older one.

Verizon Business Core Mobile Bundle does not include Wireless Phone Protection for Verizon Business Complete, which provides coverage for loss, theft, and damage—but it does include coverage for post-warranty malfunctions, including battery replacements, and coverage for electrical and mechanical failures.
