Solid upgrade from Pixel 7a

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

As the title says, it's a solid upgrade. If you're coming from Pixel 7 or older, anyway. Now, of course the 7a that I had prior to this was "budget" or midrange, and this is the Pixel 10 Pro, which is a flagship. So of course it's going to be a fantastic upgrade. My complaint, and why I gave it four stars instead of five, is (pretty obvious) the battery. I love Google Pixels but they need to address the battery issue. The 7a's battery wasn't all that great, but it was a smaller phone. This one, I feel, is big enough to have a bigger battery inside to not have it drain so fast... Yet it does. I've even turned off some features to increase the life of the battery which helped, but not enough to make me happy with it. Anyway, if you're an Android user, and don't like the OneUI that Samsung thinks they have to offer for their Galaxy's, then this is literally the perfect option. They also come in GORGEOUS colors. Jade looks beautiful, but I went with the more practical Moonstone.

Great phone in so many ways. Heavy iPhone user converted into android due to apples lack of progression. The grass is definitely greener on the other side and with the great promos I got, this was the most painless decision I've done w tech. Unlimited ultimate plan is where it's at. No buffer no lag. Perks helped me save money and app interface is smooth. 10/10 experience for me.

Phone works, however upgrading has created problems with my account, after hours of time with tech support I was told that they would call me back last Wed to see if problem was solved, the problem is not solved and they did not call back, very disappointed with Verizon.

Traded in a Pixel 8 pro mainly because of the voicemail troubles only to find out that this new 10xl pro has the same problem. So it's my conclusion that the problem is with Verizon service, but I'm not an expert. Thru Reddit, conversations were about Google and Verizon were blaming the other for the glitch. I basically have to use the old *86 and wait through the old school way to retrieve messages. Hoping for a quick solution. Voice to text has a few hangups as does the intuitive texting. Both seemed to work flawless on the Pixel 8xl, but It's bearable.
