the A-16 is a bit too heavy & too wide. I have small hands, makes the phone hard to hold onto. I put a silicon case on the phone so it would not be so slippery, but now the 'on' button is hard to push. personally, I don't want all the games and junk applications pre-set into my phone. I had to ask the Verizon tech to remove those. a terrible waste of time to see those, much less to use them.

It does scratch easily so at least get a case sometimes the os act a little weird but a reset usually fixes that. As for use in my daily routine it usually acts pretty fine.It does Have a good alarm that can even wake me up.
