Does it come with a wired charger? Will all of my contacts, pictures, videos, and apps be transferred over from my current galaxy phone?
The Samsung Galaxy S25+ box only includes a USB Type-C to USB-C cable for charging and data transfer. And, Yes, almost all your data—including contacts, photos, videos, and apps—can be transferred from your old Galaxy phone to the new Samsung Galaxy S25+ using the Samsung Smart Switch app. It works via wireless or USB cable, allowing you to move data, settings, and even your home screen layout~Joe M

Does this come with a charger?
The Samsung Galaxy S25 comes with a Data Cable Type C to C is a reversible, high-speed cable with identical USB-C connectors on both ends, designed for fast charging and data transfer between modern devices like laptops, tablets, and smartphones. These cables support high power delivery (up to 100W or more) and fast data transfer speeds, often up to 10Gbps or higher, unlike standard USB 2.0 cables. https://www.verizon.com/smartphones/samsung-galaxy-s25-plus/ -Natasha

What about the tax on the new phone? How much is it? Is do all at once or paid in monthly installments?
Sales tax for the Samsung Galaxy S25+ is determined by your specific state and local tax regulations. Because the government requires these taxes to be collected at the point of sale, they are charged in full at the time of purchase rather than monthly.

I do not want to lose the information, pictures, or games by getting a new phone. How can those items be transferred?
You will need to use some kind of cloud service such as Google Drive/One (Android) and Samsung Cloud,

My S23 requires data use to get my voicemails (won't do it on wifi) and it auto installs game apps when it updates. Both of these are frustrating but I haven't been able to figure out how to stop it. Does the S25+ do this too? If so, which phone doesn't?
