Easy upgrade from pixel 3

I like the new phone as it was an upgrade from a pixel 3. The camera is excellent and the images are much brighter than the pixel3. The features are similar so there was a minimal difference in the interface to learning about the new phone. The battery life seems ok for the limited time I have had the phone.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

This phone was purchased for my wife and replaces a Pixel 7a, it is our 5th Google Pixel phone and they just keep getting better. The phone really excels with the camera and Google Photos editing software which gives you the ability to take excellent pictures. The rest of the phone works great; I've read some online user complaints about the chipset being substandard and slow compared to other brands but that doesn't match our experience with them. We've had Motorola, LG, and Samsung phones in the past but our very happy with the Pixel devices.

Cell phone was supposed to arrive 6 days ago UPS lost or stole the phone and Verizon is telling me that I have to wait for a phone that is "delayed" for 6 days now.

Verizon disappointment.

I like the phone but the salesman also "sold" me on switching from my current Internet provider to Verizon. I told him that there no way that I could set up all of my six TVs by myself. He said he would have Verizon do it for me, and he made a phone call and got an appointment while I was sitting with him. The day of the appointment I made all of the six TVs available, in that one was wired to the wall for stability and others were somewhat inaccessible so, I pulled them out, turned them around so he wouldn't have any trouble installing the Roku sticks on three of them. I had everything ready for them to come in and get me going, but no one called. No one showed up! When I returned the tower the next day the salesman who sold me on the idea wasn't working that day so another salesman did the return paperwork for me. Nobody even bothered to say they were sorry. No one bothered to say they were sorry that I was inconvenienced the entire afternoon waiting for someone who never showed. That's it for Verizon's Internet!

¹ Unlimited cracked screen and back glass repairs - Back glass repair not available to Multi-Device customers. Cracked screen and back glass repair each available for select smartphones. Available in select locations and subject to parts, technician availability and other criteria, which are subject to change at any time. Repairs are performed by an Asurion-certified technician and come with a 12-month limited warranty. Repair options may include in-store repair, mail-in repair or at-home repair. This benefit is provided by Wireless Phone Protection.

² $99 damage deductible per claim - The $99 damage deductible will apply for all damage that is ineligible for cracked screen and back glass repair. The $99 damage deductible will not apply if your loss and theft deductible is under $99. In such cases, the damage deductible will be the same as your loss and theft deductible. This benefit is provided by Wireless Phone Protection.
