Paying by mail
To pay by mail, include your account number on the check and send your payment to the address indicated on your bill.
Verizon may use information from your check to make an electronic fund transfer and withdraw funds from your account as soon as the same day your payment is received.
Making payment arrangements
If you cannot pay your bill by the due date, Verizon may be able to offer you one of two payment arrangement plan options:
Scheduling a different date to pay your entire Past Due amount
Scheduling two dates to pay your Past Due amount over two payments
To schedule a payment arrangement when logged into My Business Wireline:
Click Payment Arrangements in the Account Management section.
Select Make a One-Time Payment with another option
Follow the step-by-step instructions to enter a payment arrangement reason, schedule, amount and payment method
Review your payment and confirm
When you negotiate payment arrangements online, you must pay the full past-due amount.
