You can pay your bill using multiple payment methods (also known as making a split payment) when logged in to My Business Wireless.
Acceptable forms of payment
- We accept the following payment methods:
- Verizon Business Mastercard (VBMC)
- Verizon Business Dollars (VBD)
- ACH/bank (using either Trustly or by entering bank account info manually)
- Debit card
- American Express® credit card
- Discover® credit card
- Mastercard® credit card
- Visa® credit card
How to make a split payment:
- Navigate to Billing > Pay bill
- Select the account(s) for which you’d like to make a payment, enter an amount in the Payment amount field and choose a payment method
- If you need to add a payment method, click Select payment, then click Add payment method
- Add your bank account or credit/debit card information and click Submit
- When you have a payment method selected, click Continue
- Repeat the same process using the next form of payment
If you want to apply the same payment method to multiple accounts, click Yes at the top of the page.
At the time of enrollment, Verizon will confirm the date on which the first automatic payment will be posted to your account. In a limited number of circumstances, you will need to pay the next month’s bill manually again, but payments will be automatically applied starting the following month.
Enroll in Auto Pay:
You can set up Auto Pay online when logged in to My Business Wireless.
- Navigate to Billing > Manage Payment > Auto Pay
- Select the account for which you would like to enable Auto Pay and click Enroll in Auto Pay
- Click Add payment method (credit card or bank account/ACH)
- Add payment details
- You will need to read and accept the Terms and Conditions before you will be able to complete this process
- Click Submit
You’ll get a confirmation email, or you can print the details from the screen.
Please note that if you’ve selected the 29th, 30th or 31st of the month for your Auto Pay enrollment, and the month doesn’t include that date, the payment will be charged the following day.
Update Auto Pay payment method and/or payment date:
- Navigate to Billing > Manage Payment > Auto Pay
- Select the account for which you would like to change your payment method and select the Actions dropdown. You may also click on the Pencil icon next to the billing account you would like to edit.
- Click Add payment method to add another payment method and/or Click payment date drop down menu to choose new payment date
When you’ve successfully updated your account, you’ll be shown a confirmation page that displays your next Auto Pay date. If your next payment is due before your next Auto Pay date, you should make your next payment manually.
Can I make a one-time payment, even if I’m set up for Auto Pay?
Yes, you can make a one-time payment virtually any time, even if you're set up for Auto Pay.
If you make a one-time payment for the full amount of your balance, your next Auto Pay payment will be skipped. If your one-time payment is less than the balance due, the remainder will be paid via Auto Pay.
Keep in mind:
If you make a one-time payment near your Auto Pay date and your automatic payment is already in process, the one-time payment may result in a duplicate payment, the balance of which will be applied to your next bill.
If you use an ineligible method to make a one-time payment, the value of the Auto Pay discount will appear as a chargeback on your next bill.
*Enrollment in Auto Pay and paper-free billing using your bank account or Verizon Business MastercardⓇ qualifies for a monthly discount beginning with the next bill cycle following enrollment.
If I’m set up for Auto Pay, how do I use a Verizon Gift Card to make a payment?
You can make a one-time payment with a Verizon Gift Card anytime. The amount will be applied to your account, and the next payment made through Auto Pay will be reduced to reflect the Gift Card amount.
To make a one-time payment with a Gift Card while set up for Auto Pay go to the Pay your bill page. When asked to pick a payment method, choose the Gift card option.
