Payment options
When you pay your bill online while logged in to My Business Wireline or when making a one-time payment without logging in, you will be given the option to pay by credit card, debit card, savings account transfer or checking account transfer. You can also pay by check when paying by mail. Please refer to your bill for any other payment options.
You can also choose to use Auto Pay to make sure we receive your payment on time.
To enroll in Auto Pay when logged in to My Business Wireline:
Click Auto Pay under the Billing and Payments section
When you enroll in Auto Pay, every month we’ll automatically charge your credit card, or if paying by ACH we’ll automatically debit the bank account you’ve previously selected for the total amount due for your Verizon services. When your bill is ready for review, you'll receive an email or text message notification with a link to review your bill online that includes your monthly bill amount, and confirms that your payment is scheduled for the date you've previously selected.
Once you enroll in Auto Pay, it can take two bill cycles for enrollment to begin. You cannot delay or pause Auto Pay, but you can discontinue the service at any time from within your My Business Wireline account. It may take up to two bill cycles to be removed.
