Paper-free billing helps make your life easier and saves paper by viewing your bill online. When you enroll, you’ll receive a link to your monthly statement by email or text.
To enroll in paper-free billing when logged in to My Business Wireline:
- Select Paper Free Billing in the Billing and Payments section
- Click On, next to Enroll
When you have successfully enrolled, you will receive a confirmation email.*
If you would rather receive your bill notifications via text, sign up for Text Notifications in My Profile in your My Business account.
If certain changes have been made to your account online or over the phone with a Verizon representative or messaging services, you’ll receive a notice to make sure you’re aware of these changes. Such changes might include any additions or modifications to your account’s:
User ID
Billing address
Primary contact email address
Online password or other account password or PIN
Secret question(s) or answer(s)
Email alias that can be used as a User ID
Access level (Full Access)
Administrative sub-account
Mobile telephone number (MTN)
If you don’t remember making changes to your account, please check with anyone authorized to use your account to see if they may have made the change. If you or any other authorized user doesn’t remember making the change, please call the toll-free number provided in the change notice to get assistance.
Change notices may come via email, postal mail or a phone call from a Verizon representative to your billing phone number.
