Over a month to upgrade a phone

The phone that I finally received is working great. Unfortunately, it took it over a month to get the order straight within your system to receive it. I placed the order on April 14. Two weeks later I called and asked why my order hadn’t arrived. The representative told me it will ship in four days. Another week went by. I contacted a representative via chat and I spent no less than five hours chatting with a different representative that could not help me figure out why my order is stuck in the system. I was told to wait 24 hours and that it would drop off and we could order another phone. I continue to work with your representatives. They kept placing new orders on my account because they said the first one was deleted. Over the next two weeks I spoke with at least five more representatives. More than one of them told me this would be the last representative that I would need to talk to because they would solve my problem. Nope! I finally went into Facebook and sent messages via that chat to get somebody’s attention. I finally got Noel, an executive representative, to help me. She had us place another order.Then I couldn’t accept the terms and conditions probably because I already had orders on my line. So she assigned a different line this upgrade. I asked them, is this going to screw up my mother-in-law‘s phone line. They said no. But it did! My mother-in-law’s 83 years old and lives 45 minutes away from me. I had to contact a neighbor to go over to her house and help her reset her phone. I needed this upgrade because my iPhone 12 was overheating and losing its charge drastically through throughout the day. I had two business trips over this past month where I had to deal with the old phone. That’s why I placed my order weeks before my business trips so I would have it in hand. I was offered discount for the inconvenience and I appreciate that. But the absolute incompetence and false promises I was given since April 14 was ridiculous. I spent at least 20+ hours just trying to order a phone through Verizon. I have six lines with you and two MiFi packs. I honestly feel like I should’ve sent you an invoice for my time. I lost time from work, I lost personal time in the evenings. It was extremely frustrating. This should not have happened this way.

Literally when people like my neighbour can hack my phone your security sucks!

The display has rounded corners. When measured as a standard rectangular shape, the screen is 6.68 inches diagonally. Actual viewable area is less.
Battery life varies by use and configuration; see apple.com/batteries for more information.
iPhone 14 Plus is splash, water, and dust resistant and was tested under controlled laboratory conditions with a rating of IP68 under IEC standard 60529 (maximum depth of 6 meters up to 30 minutes). Splash, water, and dust resistance are not permanent conditions. Resistance might decrease as a result of normal wear. Do not attempt to charge a wet iPhone; refer to the user guide for cleaning and drying instructions. Liquid damage not covered under warranty.
