Came straight out of the manufacturer’s box and was already malfunctioning. The phone is a complete LEMON. The battery is defective and even gives a warning that it’s an aftermarket battery—on a brand-new, full-price phone. It powers off several times a day even when fully charged. I called customer service, and instead of sending a new replacement, they sent me a refurbished phone. Absolutely not. If I paid full price for a new phone, I expect a fully functioning new phone—not a secondhand fix. To make things worse, your rep, Clint, repeatedly used the term buyer’s remorse—as if this mess is somehow my fault. It’s not. This isn’t regret; it’s a defective product from the start. Verizon, I’ve been a loyal customer for over 20 years. Get your act together. Send me a proper replacement and make this right.

English (Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, UK) language support available this December. Some features and support for additional languages, like Chinese, English (India, Singapore), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, Vietnamese, and others, will be coming over the course of the next year.
The displays have rounded corners. When measured as a rectangle, the screen is 6.12 inches (iPhone 16), 6.69 inches (iPhone 16 Plus), 6.27 inches (iPhone 16 Pro) or 6.86 inches (iPhone Pro Max) diagonally. Actual viewable area is less.

It’s ok. There’s not really anything spectacular about this phone. It’s an extra button on the side for the camera and the silence button can be customized. It’s honestly not worth the hype. They over selled this iPhone. When it comes to the product and price the iPhone 13 Pro Max was just as good. With one less button.

placed my order and never received the phone, I made several calls to Verizon, which resulted in no resolution. I then had to cancel my order and replace it with the store, which I now have to wait another week before I can get my new order. overall the worst experience I have ever had. Very disappointed!!!

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

This phone is awesome! I broke my glass on my main camera on my iPhone 14 Pro so my pictures sucked. I was 4 months away from the iPhone 17 but I didnt like the new leak design. They gave me $1000 paid off my phone and my billl stayed the same I couldn’t turn it down. Plus with tariffs looming I went for it. Pictures are amazing and fast.

Prefer the 14 pro as the screen is unresponsive often. I haven’t noticed much of a change in photo quality. I’m sure it will grow on me but I’m unhappy about the forced upgrade (programmed decline in battery etc).

This means you can use either two eSIMs at once, or one eSIM and one physical nano-SIM card in non-U.S. models.
