Terrible customer service on behalf of Verizon and Apple. The software didn’t completely carry over and was forced to spend hours and I mean hours on the phone with both Verizon and Apple tech. We were finally able to get it straightened out by watching YouTube videos. I’d like to all so say how awful the people at Verizon Oxford store was. They could care less about customers service. The Tupelo store was better but they also couldn’t solve the issue

Our grandson is ecstatic with his 8th grade graduation present. This replaces his iPhone 11 that had started to give him some problems. A slight learning curve with the new buttons, but he is thrilled with the responsiveness of the new phone. Also, Apple makes changing phones a breeze. Just sign in and the phone mirrors the old phone. Also appreciated that once everything downloaded, the Verizon service was active on the new phone. The gentleman at the Verizon store was a great help finishing the deactivation of the old phone.

worst service ever applied for phone received it, was wrong one contacted Verizon on chat they didn't help at all called with customer service and the end they said no service for you sent the device back now I'm receiving bills over $900 spoke to fraude dept and billing and no one has answers!!!!!!
