Good phone but had trouble making an Apple ID directly from the phone because last user made too many accounts. Took a few days for them to clear it but was able to get it done.

I bought this phone for my brother because his iphone 11 stopped making and recieving calls, when it arrived it was in excellent condition for a certified pre-owned phone. I got it because i didnt want to pay for a brand new 16 pro on top of my 16 pro max. Overall a great phone for him. May trade in and upgrade to the 16 pro after the 17s come out later this year
