Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I updated to this phone from an apple SE. I really like the longer battery life and increased overall performance. The camera works great and having AI is an added bonus. I think this phone is a great choice for the price point and look forward to years of use

Not sure it was an upgrade

I had a hard time choosing the phone on the app. I preferred to go to the store and talk to someone that could guide me. There are no more stores in my town and I was told I had to do it all online. I think I made a mistake a did not get a phone that actually helped me upgrade. I am still having issues with storage so it was not about the phone but the type of plan I had to choose 😓

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

The phone seems to work well but Verizon coverage is not very good at all. I'm in the 3rd largest city in NY and I lose coverage all the time. Verizon coverage used to be great now its almost terrible.

I like the battery life. I find too much goes on and flies around. I get confused at times, but I don’t like and absolutely hate is a dark notch at the top of the phone that I didn’t know would be there. when I watch YouTube, it cuts off the top of the heads of the people on the screen. I hate the button to shut off the ringer. It’s too delicate. I’ll pick up my phone and accidentally shut off the ringer and I’m not even aware of it. on my old phone. It was an enclosed notch that you had to pull down, there was no way that you would accidentally have a shut off your ringer. I also don’t like having a little microphone over the words as I typed the message.

¹ Unlimited cracked screen and back glass repairs - Back glass repair not available to Multi-Device customers. Cracked screen and back glass repair each available for select smartphones. Available in select locations and subject to parts, technician availability and other criteria, which are subject to change at any time. Repairs are performed by an Asurion-certified technician and come with a 12-month limited warranty. Repair options may include in-store repair, mail-in repair or at-home repair. This benefit is provided by Wireless Phone Protection.

² $99 damage deductible per claim - The $99 damage deductible will apply for all damage that is ineligible for cracked screen and back glass repair. The $99 damage deductible will not apply if your loss and theft deductible is under $99. In such cases, the damage deductible will be the same as your loss and theft deductible. This benefit is provided by Wireless Phone Protection.

³ Same day delivery and setup - All same-day device delivery and setup services (a benefit of Tech Coach or Business Tech Coach Security) are available in select locations, which are subject to change at any time, and are contingent on certain criteria, including customer location, technician availability and inventory availability.
