The My Verizon for Business app is a mobile platform that lets business customers manage their Verizon wireless accounts anytime, anywhere. You can monitor usage, pay bills, manage devices, view account details, and get real-time support directly from your phone or tablet.

The app is available to Verizon Business, Verizon Enterprise and Verizon Public Sector customers with eligible wireless accounts. Administrators and authorized account managers can access and manage multiple lines from one place.

You can download it free from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) by searching My Verizon for Business.

Sign in using your Verizon Business credentials (User ID and Password). If you don’t have an account yet, you can register directly through the app or on the Verizon Business website.

No. Personal and business accounts use separate systems. You’ll need to create or log in with your Verizon Business credentials.

You can reset your password or recover your User ID directly within the app by selecting “Forgot User ID or Password?” on the sign-in screen.
