Was excited to to upgrade from Samsung S5 to Iphone 12 and was impressed with the long battery life. also bought the series 6 Iwatch. During a little over a year of ownership had to visit Geek Squad for both items to keep them working properly. Last trip to GS was for dead Iphone 12. Couldn't fix.... had to be replaced at $450 pt. No thanks! Now I have an orphan Iwatch and looking elsewhere for a new phone.

I purchased a replacement iPhone 13 and what I received was a poor quality phone that could not perform normal functions!! I spent hours talking with technicians and Verizon staff, even an Apple store could not fix it! Ultimately I found a technician who informed me that the iOS was corrupt and incomplete! After my having to fix the phone myself, it still does no perform well!! The photo light comes on randomly, it takes poor quality pictures and sometimes the screen loses its sensitivity to touch! My othe issues is cost and 5G availability, the coverage is nonexistent, and I’m paying 40% more than competitors! First chance I get Verizon is gone from my world! Spectrum and TMobile seem to have better connectivity, service and cost seem more in line with affordability! I will not continue using Verizon in the long term!!

I have 11 pro, the speaker had to be replaced in less than a year. Luckily it was still under warranty. I bought extended coverage when i bought the phone. The speaker is fuzzy again! When I called they said my extended coverage was was canceled. I never canceled it. I had called to change my address not to cancel coverage she said there was nothing she could do about it. My next phone won’t be an iPhone.

I just switched to apple went with this instead of the 13 mainly cuz it was cheaper and still current and I love it but i also love the samsung Fold I had bud this is honestly better with battery! And it’s faster and it was quite nice for a fresh look on a phone

I am on my 3rd Apple iPhone12 mini!! After 1-3 months it freezes, it won't do anything! Cannot open it. Also, it took 5 days to receive my replacement , which was delivered by my local mail carrier! What happened to FedEx overnight? I'm looking for another cell phone before this one freezes!! These cells cost too much to be so unreliable. Unbelievable!!!!!!

Nothing is free. You will pay for it and more with a 3 year contract. Why don’t they offer the 13? Because the iPhone 12 sucks.
