The iPhone 12 is slow and never wants to download anything. It always has to think about what it’s doing. It does not like to send messages to non Apple phones, and when it does, it’s only certain numbers that go through. Lose service when I’m clearly within service area.

Perfect size but the way to minuver isn’t the best for dialectics because I’m so used to an android and this is safer I feel but a little taxing to even want to pick it up to use it or check anything. I’ll pass on the next iPhone purchase I feel it’s way to expensive for me at the moment anyways and the only reason I dove into Verizon was because I didn’t have to chuck out hounded or even worse 1,000’s of dollars! Thank you but no thank you.

I received my new iPhone 12 last month, and so far I have not had any issues with it. This is my first iPhone, and I'm still learning all the features and how to use it. Thankfully, there are a lot of iPhone tutorials on the web to help new users get the most out of their phones.

Verizon customer service-Beware of the time suck!

Verizon customer service is terrible. They are either a bunch of bots reading a recorded script or when you do talk to somebody they act like a bot reading a recorded script. My daughter’s iphone 12 pro stopped being able to send/receive calls and messages (although the phone still worked fine for apps like snap and instagram if she was connected to wifi. After two separate, very time consuming attempts at trouble shooting with Verizon (2 hours each time)they concluded it was a technical problem and there was nothing they could do to fix it. We had to either wait for an update to come out to fix the bug or get a new phone. One tech said they would send out a replacement phone but it never showed up. So I called back, a THIRD time, and two hours later, after being sent to five different people, I was told there is not a replacement phone coming cause It was our problem but they would be happy to help us purchase an upgrade. 🤬. Long story short- Verizon has become a soul-less company and is run by bots. Their customer service is a mish-mash of bots, nonsense responses and overly- polite, ineffective workers who stick to their script while showing no emotion. If you have a problem with your Verizon phone or service make sure you have lots of time and prepare yourself for the ridiculous and absurd. Whatever happened to walking into a Verizon store and having a human help you solve your problem? Geesh!

Sad to say phone disappointment, It drops calls regularly, the wifi signal always poor even when next to the router. its only 1 1/2 months old and not working well. my old I phoe 6s worked better even after 5 years.

Yes, the iPhone 12 has an IP68 rating, which means it's water resistant and can withstand being submerged in up to 6 meters of water for 30 minutes. It's also dust resistant.
