Previously had an iPhone 15 pro max, struggled with overheating issues and got tired of paying so much for a phone that does the same thing no matter the price. Couldn’t be happier with the 14 plus, no overheating and noticeably lighter in my hand than the pro model. Does everything the more expensive iPhones do for a budget price. Only real downside is the lightning charging but it’s not a huge deal.

I am currently paying for a iPhone 14 Plus and it has overheated and will not turn on and Verizon simply ignores my problem and won’t fix or replace as I have to continue to pay for it…SAD SAD SERVICE

I got this phone and it was defective. I spent 4 hours trying to set it up and then went to the Verizon store for another two hours and the end result was it was defective. So frustrating! They then tried to reconnect my old phone and they couldn’t get it going for two days. Very bad experience with Verizon. I will be changing carriers.
