The phone is great; however the experience was not. I told the sales rep that I wanted my bill to remain about the same. I was shown my new phone and was told that my bill would actually be $2.00 less. I chose the 16. After my old phone was scrubbed and the new phone was converted, I was told that the trade in value was adjusted to $193…down from the $895 originally quoted. When I questioned the change, I was told that there would be a back office adjustment. It did adjust…$42 higher than my previous bill.

Your customer service is really good however you guys charge way too much. For example, I had to pay almost $50 per phone for you guys to set up my new phones. I think this is not fair you lower us into your store to get new phones and then you charge me $50 per phone to set up, this should be a free service. Your monthly service fees are way too expensive compared to other cell phone companies. I will probably only stay with you for another year before switching to a more affordable cell phone provider.

The displays have rounded corners. When measured as a rectangle, the screen is 6.12 inches (iPhone 16), 6.69 inches (iPhone 16 Plus), 6.27 inches (iPhone 16 Pro) or 6.86 inches (iPhone Pro Max) diagonally. Actual viewable area is less.

The rebate won’t show in my account bc VZN still shows the order as needing pickup. My receipt shows the rebate offers but we’ve their agents can’t figure out what to do. Then they give you I info that conflicts with what is written on the receipt and different than how it works for the properly updated picked up orders I had the same week. Getting help is pointless bc no one knows what to do when your issue isn’t covered in the FAQs

Very disappointed- always over heats to where you can’t hold phone- can’t turn off listening app- can’t text with any people or tv sounds around or it auto fills “their” words or sentences- constantly freezes up - runs out of battery in less than 7 hours!
