Double sold inventory

Verizon double sold the one phone I selected in the inventory for a phone pick up at a Verizon resellers location. I was unable to change the select a phone in stock at that location or modify the order. They were also unable to modify the order. Cancellation took days since I was trading in a phone and I never got the phone. It’s a great phone (another family member has one) but I never got the one from this order. Verizon still thinks I got the phone and asked for a review.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Sleek, easy to use , and lightweight. I don’t upgrade unless I need to as I get attached to my phones yet the display is incredibly better yet still very user friendly.

English (Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, UK) language support available this December. Some features and support for additional languages, like Chinese, English (India, Singapore), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, Vietnamese, and others, will be coming over the course of the next year.
The displays have rounded corners. When measured as a rectangle, the screen is 6.12 inches (iPhone 16), 6.69 inches (iPhone 16 Plus), 6.27 inches (iPhone 16 Pro) or 6.86 inches (iPhone Pro Max) diagonally. Actual viewable area is less.
Battery life varies by use and configuration. See apple.com/batteries for more information.

Customer Service was TERRIBLE!!! Both via phone when I called numerous times AND during the 4 hours we spent in store. Your employees flat out lied to us various times, quoting a price and then bringing in a manger to say the price was impossible, even though it was written by your own employee on the piece of paper not 30 min earlier. Repeatedly information given changed when we asked the exact same question 2x in a row. Your employees could not have been this ill informed and it felt clear that the deception was intentional. It's unacceptable to treat customers -even adversaries - the way in which Verizon does, both in person and on the phones. On the phone, I would spend 30 min getting all of the needed info and a price, then I'd be transferred to another person who said the price I was told was simply incorrect, So that person, I'd ask them to write in my record exactly what I'd bene promised before they transferred me, and then I'd ask the next person to read what was written -- and there was nothing, Pure fabrication time and again. You have taught me to hate Verizon.

I recently switched to Verizon hoping for better service, but it’s been a frustrating experience from day one. The activation process was confusing and took way longer than expected. I was bounced around between reps, and no one seemed to have the right information. Once I finally got my phone set up, I noticed the signal is weaker than my previous carrier in several areas—even in my own home. The data speed is also not what was promised. On top of that, I was hit with unexpected charges on my first bill. I signed up for a promotion that magically “didn’t apply” anymore once the bill came. Trying to get help from customer service is a nightmare—long hold times and no real answers. As a new customer, this is not the first impression I expected. Definitely not worth the hype or the price.

Tooooooo many buttons on the sides of the phone, I am constantly pressing, even when trying to remove from pocket or holster.. what do I need a camera button that large for on the outside of the phone?! Maybe I am different but do I honestly need a button just to access the camera? No. Other than that I feel that there is zero difference between iPhone16 pro and the last three models of similar type..

My first new phone Since the iPhone 13, so pretty big difference on the phone Major complaint is the phone gets hot if you use it for too much at one time. And I’m not sure if the battery on the phone is actually better than my old one on the 13 and that battery was Like 60% of optimal use.

Problems transferring to iPhone 16

I had everything backed up on my old phone and ready to transfer from the iCloud to my new iPhone 16. Bad advice on the procedure to follow from the Verizon store rep caused days of delays working through the issue with the online Verizon Tech Pro. Don’t blindly listen to the store reps, follow the online steps exactly as written. I’ve found some things (eg, Bluetooth, CarPlay, etc) that have been glitchy, but working through them.
