I never even received the phone! I’ve had nothing but a horrible experience. I’ve been on the chat with a different Verizon agent almost every night to get a replacement. Every time they tell me that the issue will be resolved asap, yet every agent I talk to the next time says nothing has been started. To this day, more than 2 weeks since I signed the contract, I have no phone and no signal using the Verizon network on my other line.

It was time to upgrade my old iPhone 12 for a 16 since my current phone wasn’t updating anymore. Carol helped me & made suggestions and listened to my concerns and questions. No high pressure sale, which I appreciated. She felt more like a friend than a sales person because she didn’t downplay my concerns and charges for the new phone like some males tend to do. She gave me her number to call when I receive my phone or had questions.

My 14 was better honestly.

The side buttons are so touchy. The phone gets really hot when you have more than one app open. Especially while charging. Trying to use gps pandora and charging is impossible.

Happy with iPhone 16, not so much with transition. Moving from a physical SIM to eSIM was not as straightforward as the website would lead you to believe. After almost an hour on chat, the rep was finally able to push the eSIM setup. I have never had this much trouble getting a new phone set up by myself. Work in tech support, so did my research, but still could not resolve the issue on my own. New phone wasn't showing up in my account either.

Everything is great except the camera quality. I was expecting it to be much better than the old phone I traded in, but it's pretty much the same. Granted, I didn't pay the Pro Max, so that may be the issue.
