I bought the Galaxy A16 5G several weeks ago and I am very disappointed with it. It is adversed as "user friendly" but it is the most difficult phone to utilize I've had. I've had 3 LG phones before they stopped making phones and their entry level phones were far superior to this Galaxy A 16. I have to google everything I want to do rather than the LGs whick were easy to master from the start. I don't recomend this phone, I am looking for a replacement after just using it for several weeks.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I am very pleasantly impressed with this phone. It has plenty of storage for me and the processor seems to be pretty fast. I use it to stream movies play games and of course the usual phone calls and text messaging. It was very easy to set up and the device itself is really easy. I would rate it 9 out of 10. And the device is very affordable which is great!

I was surprised on how easy it is to use and to set up the device. I use my phone to stream movies play games and the usual such as phone calls and text messages of course. I think that it has plenty of storage and it's pretty fast. So I would rate this easy a 9 out of 10 being honest. I'm content and happy with my purchase especially when you consider it's very affordable.

Setup was a little more tedious than any others with all the extra setting options compared to most but definitely worth the extra effort. A flagship phone with a premium feel. The system runs smoothly when transitioning from app to app and love how all the games are automatically put in the gaming hub making it easier to find and clears up the app tery. Picture taking made easy and pixel quality is pretty good. Love how galaxy Ai can help me do just about anything. Used to help create an Itinerary when traveling to places along with suggestions on things to do at the destination. Love how I can ask follow up questions without repeating original question. Best part is how Gemini will read results out loud and how indepth the info results are. Hadn't had a dropped call yet! Had to buy a phone quick, didn't know much about it when I bought it, but am really glad it was this 1 I have no complaints and are happy it's lived up to my expectations and then some would recommend to anyone looking for a flagship phone that quality feels and runs like a premium phone only without the premium price tag thanks samsung you have gained another loyal customer as I won't go back to any other brands now.

How do I get an adapter to plug in the cable to charge? Both ends have the same port. Can't plug it in to anything to charge .
